Charles was wonderful to work with. Every concern and question I had about the repair was answered professionally. It only took 2 weeks to get my beauty back to normal. I have dropped off my vehicle multiple times with Excel and the vehicle has always come back looking better than when I drove it off the dealership lot. I purchased a new car right before Christmas and within in a few days, it was involved in a hit an run. I was referred to Excel Body Works, by a friend and reached out. I instantly felt that this was the place to go (I had talked to a few other shops in the area and felt like they didn't want to be bothered). Excel fixed my car and it was beautiful. If you are in need of body work for your vehicle Excel is the place you want to go. No need to shop around for estimates their prices are reasonable and they go above and beyond to fix your car. I absolutely love them. When I took my car to them, I didn't have time to have it cleaned inside. When I picked it up this morning the car looks great inside and out. I used them several months back after I got a referral from a coworker. Well....someone hit me in the parking lot of Big Lots while backing out of the spot next to me. Again, I was really impressed with how my car came out. Now I just need to get the scratches on my bumper painted and then it will look brand new again. Excel Body Works did a wonderful job on my F150 Truck. I had backed into a telephone pole and really mangled my side panel and back tailgate. I found them very easy to deal with. They had my truck back, in an extremely quick time, went to extra effort to replace all the parts with all "Ford" parts. Returned my truck back to me looking brand new.
