Listening to the guys talk to customers they didn't tell them what to do, they presented options and choices, they were on the phone sourcing tires for a guy that wanted something unusual, they were advising my friend about a choice he suggested that was a bad idea (I agree it was not the wisest choice) and helped him make a better decision that would be more cost effective for him in the long run.
