(recommend going to havelock instead, they actually help (Eliza)). when we first got there, long hair and glasses was playing a game on his phone, while talking to us. he put it away when my screen protector was almost done. ended up doing a fine job with the screen protector and went to lunch. the other guy started helping reconnect my watch i've had for years back to my new phone. he had to pull up google and took 2 hours to not do anything but put an additional hour security delay on my watch that i ended up doing at home. my husband got a new watch when we set up the acct at the other store. and he ended up taking that line off his watch, put it on my old watch and was trying to get it to work when we didn't want my husbands watch touched in the first place. messed up so my husband couldn't see the calls on his watch anymore. he set up a new line for my watch telling me i'd be saving my promotion on a temporary line and since they didn't have it in store (and we just moved here for military, and we don't have our house yet so i didn't want it sent to a hotel) we had to go to another store anyways to finish the transaction. but because he added the line to save the promotion, no charge on that day, when i went to the other store to finish the transaction for upgrading my watch, i would've had to pay for the watch cuz he didn't explain the phone credits you have on your acct. and i would've had to pay a fee to fix what we did. PLUS 10$ a month just to hold the line as temporary. the store in havelock (eliza) ended up helping me cancel that line, fixed my husbands watch, and fully explained what i had on my acct so we could properly understand what we're paying for. Only about 15 to 20 minutes went by and I received an email and a phone from the store stated that I could pick it up at anytime. I proceeded to go yo the store before they closed and got there about 10 minutes before I tried to use the express puck up and it would not work. I went to my car to get my ID so I could go into the store and pick it up. As there was a lady leaving the store the door would not open and the assistant manger opened the door to let her out with the door still open i trued to explain that the express pick up was not working and if she could take a minute to help me get my phone out of there she stated that once her door is locked she can not open it but the door was open as she was speaking to me. I explained to her that my current phone would only work in safe mode and I have 3 24hr businesses to run and needed my new phone, she stated that she could not help me and shut the door in my face. I have numerous lines with Verizon and have been a loyal customer for over 15 years and was buying a new phone at cost as they stated that there was no promotion available fir the phone that I needed to run my business. I still went ahead and ordered the phone with a rep over the phine who was able to get the order put in with enough time as I needed to get it ASAP and could not wait for it to be shipped. This is the worst experience I have ever had with customer service and will never recommend going with Verizon or to shop at thus store. I hope that the owner of the store sees this with a reply so that they know what kind of people they have representing there business. I am a business owner and would never treat customers this way. If you are looking into getting Verizon service don't I will be looking for a different one myself. If they aloud a negative on a review there would not be a number bug enough that could justify this treatment. I happen to be in New Bern and decided to run by the Batteries Plus there and get the battery replaced. I also had another new watch that I needed to get a lifetime battery for as well so I had the tech in New Bern replace both batteries. After the weekend the water got into the one watch behind the Crystal so I took it into the Morehead city office. And Chris graciously took the watch apart kept it overnight, dried it out and then resealed the watch properly. She said that the watch was only hand tightened and barely attached. Also, the battery for the lifetime marking was not marked, even though they have it on the records, it still wasn't marked so if I had to have a battery replaced out of this area, they wouldn't have a record of it. So I suggested I bring the other watch in the newer watch and have her check it, and of course, the back was not tightened, and the battery also was not marked and she sealed the watch and mark the battery for me. Can't say enough about how great Chris has been to help me with this situation to avoid a moisture invasion into a brand new watch thank you, Cris.

While the first technician was repairing the charging port, he asked whether I also wanted to replace the battery because he said it was not in good condition. He explained that since the phone was already open, he could replace the battery for less than the normal price. I agreed. After he finished, I checked the battery settings and the battery performance was still showing 65%, the same as before the replacement. I asked him about this, and he told me that it would improve to 100% within 24 hours. He also told me that if it did not improve, I should bring the phone back within two days and they would replace it again. Unfortunately, the battery continued to perform the same way after the repair. I wasn't able to return immediately because of personal circumstances, so I went back about a week later. There was a different technician working that day. I explained what had happened and told him what the first technician had told me about returning if the battery did not improve. The second technician told me that he was not as experienced or trained as the first technician and did not want to open the phone to work on the battery. I left without the battery issue being resolved. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this store for phone repair. I paid to have the battery replaced, but the battery performance remained at 65%, and when I returned to have the issue addressed, it was not resolved. I am also pursuing the matter through the appropriate channels regarding the charge.
