I can't say enough good about these folks…read more I rely so much on my tech - in my life and in my biz - it is so important to me to have the perception of expertise in folks fixing my stuff ... and the perception that they Care about me, my tech, my biz... this icing on the cake - kind of mind-blowing. I find myself so grateful. I appreciated my interactions with and service from each of the two owners so much - in different visits - I brought them gifts - which is not normal for me - I just had to GIVE Back. Meanwhile, I need great value - I don't want to, and I don't have a budget to Pay for high-end service. Somehow I am getting high-end service at low-end price. This is an excellent quadrant. Are they perfect? no. Are they still learning this or that? yes - who isn't - the realm they operate-in is wide and ever-shifting. And, the communication about what they know and don't , what they know and what they will try to figure out is... beautiful. I went there originally for an issue that was illusive - was it a battery or screen issue with my iPhone? I was SURE it was on Deaths door. It is now working beautifully! Then I came back with my Mac (which is behaving SO much better now) and my partners cell phone (which they said it was a better investment to replace than to fix - thank you!), my partner is going in with his Mac soon. I went back and retrieved my device and confronted the gentleman about the attempt to access my email which he thoroughly denied. However, there was no work involved the address location, was clearly given. So I don't trust them at all.

I first went to a different store around the corner on College Rd who cleaned the port and told me I needed to replace it for over $100 because it still didn't work. I decided to swing by here instead to see what they had to say and they FIXED IT! Right at the register! They cleaned the port... just like the other store... but it was fixed this time! Not only did they fix it for free... before he even tried to fix it he asked if I tried the wireless charging with it... I had not... and it worked with wireless charging. So even if he didn't fix the port I would not have needed to spend the $ on fixing the port with this workaround. Things to note: 1. The store is super clean and modern. Feels like a Verizon store or similar. It felt professional and well taken care of. I immediately felt at ease here. 2. Plenty of parking out front. 3. Greeted right when I came in... even though there were two other people there the one store clerk said he would be right with me, so I sat at one of the many comfy chairs they had available. 4. They didn't take my phone in the back (most fixes I am sure they do)... but they had a little station at the register for quick fixes which I could watch and he fixed it right then and there! 5. Lots of cases and charging stations for sale! I was very very impressed by this place, especially after stepping for into the dilapidated building of the other place (who also was exchanging good reviews with discounts BTW)... this place was a sigh of relief. (This is on 17 South bound in a 4 unit building and hard to see if you go too fast. So look for it. If you pass it, go back and look for the parking lot before the shop. The service was fast and reasonably priced. So if your phone won't charge cause you got lint in the charging port, see them. You won't be disappointed.. (I've been back twice.)

The folks at the College Road (near Sam's Club) were arrogant, snooty, and disrespectful, and referred me to customer service. The store was empty and the employees were gathered in a group playing on their phones. Unless you need a new phone, and have money to spend with them they don't want to see you. About a year ago, my 92 year old father wanted a new phone, and he was not capable of traveling, so I went to this store with his power of attorney, his driver's license, and his account information. They would not give me a phone for him, and insisted I bring him to the store. They made up some BS policy. If you want to deal with arrogant, empty headed children, whom just want to hang out and get paid, go visit that store. When you buy something from them, no matter what they tell you other than handing you the phone - they will not do it and will lie to your face. I plan on taking my 9 phone account to T-Mobile as soon as I can!
