My issue was not screen repair but a hardware issue in my PC. The guy at the shop got me in and out within 45 minutes with no appointment needed and fixed my issue. I said okay and day after day I went back but they didn't have the right part. The worst part was the customer service, even though it was their fault I was treated with disrespect and like my time didn't matter. 10/10 go somewhere else.
