We knew it would be a nightmare for whoever tackled this (an IT friend tried for a couple of days with no luck), but Eric from CW never gave up and although it took longer than either he or we expected, it is completed now with no problems. We were panicked about losing old emails with significant information, but everything transferred. And it's a flat rate to do this.
