This is the place. After a disastrous custom build by a shop located on Oleander (YCF - see review), I needed extensive help to rebuild my PC. I met Brandon who was as friendly as he was knowledgeable. I immediately trusted him. I removed the junk parts that the previous shop installed (and returned same to YCF) and turned the gutted PC over to Brandon to build the PC the way it should have been done in the first place. At every step of the rebuild Brandon kept in close contact. It was a joy to work with him. It is without reservation that recommend Computer Warriors!!!! Update: If at all possible try to bypass whoever it is that works the front desk and speak directly with Brandon. I brought a Samsung phone in last week that needed to be factory reset. Unfortunately, I could not remember the email address or password to get into the phone. This, of course, presented a problem when trying to factory reset which is why I came to them in the first place for assistance. The rep spent less than a minute speaking to me. His exact words were that "it cannot be fixed and it's basically a paperweight." The gentleman told me the cell phone provider also could not assist me and really no one could. I reached out to Samsung directly for assistance and they referred me to a local certified phone repair company. Within 24 hours of taking my phone there it was unlocked and factory reset. I wish the gentleman had handled this differently. He could have stated that The Computer Warriors are not licensed or authorized to do these sort of repairs. If he had, I would have found outside help but still kept them in mind for future work. Honesty and professionalism go a long way. read more

As someone with a multimedia business, my computer is essentially an extension of myself. So, when my computer suddenly stopped charging before a major deadline, it's easy to say that I was panicking. Realizing my issue was my charger, I went to Best Buy first. Apparently, stores don't carry the original charger. The Geek Squad recommended a universal charger that was guaranteed to fit my computer. You can probably imagine my frustration and panic when it didn't work. While the charger was universal, it only came with a handful of heads (the part that plugs into the computer), with the rest able to be ordered online. That, of course, wasn't helpful to me as I needed a working charger at THAT moment. I then went to The Computer Warriors. They were extremely professional and took the time to help me find the universal charger head that best fit my computer. The product they sold me had about three times as many heads and was cheaper than Best Buy's! Since COVID-19 I, like so many others, depend on my laptop for work. I am an online math tutor and use Zoom regularly in conjunction with my Surface Pro for interactive Whiteboard work. You know the feeling of terror striking when you so depend on your computer and then you get a mysterious message pop up on your laptop saying ERROR CODE ? I brought a very sick laptop to them, afraid that the hard drive was kaput. The folks there were very friendly and explained they would get it into diagnostics later that day and call me the next day (this was a Thursday) to let me know what they had found. After not hearing from them by Monday, I called them only to be told it was still in diagnostics (geek speak for oops, we forgot about that one). They promised to call me with an update by Thursday. I called Friday and received a non answer; called again on Monday (now into 11 days since I dropped it off) and the tech said, "Oh yeah, that's been done." When I got home I found that they had it running again (good thing for which I was thankful), but then noticed that they'd installed Malwarebytes (after uninstalling PCMatic) as well as another program AND they had reinstalled Chrome (big time CPU HOG that I do not have on my computers as it slows everything else down). When I called to inquire about this they told me it was "...standard practice..." Okay; well it will be standard practice for me to find another computer repair team (which I have and am very happy with them). read more

So I fixed the original post because the issue was a operator error on my part, once I was able to fix that issue the computer worked great and connected quickly. The wait time was exactly as long as the technicians advised me so over all with professionalism and price this is a great place to get your computers worked on for the right price, I prefer this place to geek squad any day. read more

My computer hasn't been working for a while and finally i took it in to get helped. After the diagnostics they told me my screen needed to be repaired and it would be $250+ (and that's including the -$50 from the diagnostics). Figured it would be better to return it to the person who gave it to me and see what they wanted to do with it. I asked for my laptop back and they said "Well whoops, did we mention we cracked the screen?". Are you fucking kidding me....? How do you accidentally crack someone's perfectly good screen. There was not a single crack or scratch on that screen and now that i have it back there's a crack in the middle and many many cracks all over the corners. This is such bad practice to not take care of anybody's laptops. It's a shame they scammed me out of my $50 just to damage my laptop even more. read more

My older enterprise-class laptop was running very slowly. I had run diagnostics & ensured I had done all I could without upgrading the drive and memory. The Computer Warriors team confirmed my conclusion. A technician from another company had been unable to install a solid state drive a couple years ago but Computer Warriors successfully upgraded my device. I called asking if they had RAM for a late 2012 iMac. They gave me a price of 100$ for used RAM that I can get brand new for 40 bucks. They don't even pay for the used RAM they are selling, its RAM that they take out of customers computers and keep after installing new RAM. read more

I needed advice and feedback to help me decide whether I wanted to incur a diagnostic and repair bill. I was a very happy customer when the technician listened carefully, spent time looking at my computer before providing information, showing me what to look for/try, and giving me advice. He gave me options to try at home as well as outlining the fees for diagnostic testing and repair. I dropped off an external hard drive on Dec 2nd to be repaired. They called to say the could not fix it on Dec 4th and offered to send it off to a 3rd party for repair (which I was told would take several weeks). I asked them to go ahead and send it off. I just called today on Dec 28th, and they lady I spoke with told me THEY FORGOT because they've lost employees and have been busy. This hard is obviously very important to me, and it's been sitting in their store not getting repaired for over three weeks. Don't trust them. They might forget something important to you. By the way, they refused to pay the extra fee to get the repair expedited. read more

Two years ago I went to computer warriors and got a rhino Shield for my iPhone 5. I don't have a scratch on it. Well today I went in and got the fusion shield on my iPhone 6. My granddaughter dropped her iPad Air and broke the screen. I took it into Computer Warriors because their website said normally 24-48 hour repair. 10 days later I get a call saying the Black screen will not be available for another 2 weeks or so. They said they had a white screen they could use. Not wanting my Granddaughter to be without her iPad (would be about a month from the time I gave it to them) I gave permission to use the white screen as a replacement. iPad works fine, just not satisfied with the time of repair. read more

A couple of months ago I went in to this store on the recommendation of one of my family members. I had a crack in my screen and this place was able to replace it quickly. At the end of the service the young man offered me a screen protector process called fusion. When he showed me the product he said that it would protect my phone from cracking and that if anything happened it was covered under a life time warranty. (He even hit his demo phone with a hammer) He said that he highly recommend that I get it to protect my phone from cracking again. Well here we are two months later and my phone cracked. I took the phone back to Computer Warriors and was told there was nothing they could do about it but if I wanted to pay to have the screen replaced again I could pay full price . I should have known better when he pulled that hammer out and commenced to banging on that demo phone....smh read more

I am a disabled veteran with a non existent income. I brought in an iPhone 6 that had a broken screen and I tried to replace myself unsuccessfully. I showed up at 0900 for an appointment that I had made online at home. The first guy I spoke to told me that there would be a $50 diagnostic fee, and if they used the screen I had purchased it they would charge $80. He said that if I needed a new screen, it would be another $84.95. I assumed that the $50 diagnostic fee would be paid at the end as part of the total bill. He then let me know that the diagnostic fee had to be paid first, and then they would start to work on the repairs. I stated to him that I did not have any money to pay, but I has a friend who was willing to help me and she would be calling in when the repairs are complete - I offered to leave my wallet with ID's, bank cards, etc. as collateral for the $50 diagnostic fee . He said they would skip the diagnostic , and just do the repair. I sat down in the lobby, and another guy came out and said that normally it would be a repair in under an hour, but they would need a couple for this. I said ok, and went home. Just before I left, I emailed my friend and asked her to call over and pay the bill. I arrived at 1745 - 15 minutes before they closed - and when I walked in, they said that they never did anything because they didn't get paid for the diagnostic. So, instead of emailing me to tell me they weren't going to do any work before the diagnostic they originally told me they would skip and just do the repair - they let me wait all day to tell me "it would probably be better if you just got a new phone". Was quoted a price over the phone for a 6 plus screen replacement. After they had my phone apart they came out and said they were not aware it was a 6 plus and that would be $100 more and that my phone was visibly bent for an additional fee they could 'fix' that. No choice but to proceed with the repair since my phone was already taken apart-but they would give me a 'free' screen protector. Since I got the phone back the it has not worked right. Key board is non responsive, I am unable to type on it all having to select each letter 5 times before it will add the letter. Every time you touch the screen it wants to copy, paste and the pages flip constantly. The phone is still bent. Now, I am unable to hear incoming calls unless on speaker or head phones which appears to be a connection problem between the screen and the speaker. I am not going to bother going back in to see if they can 'fix' it. I am getting a replacement. read more
