Ted makes house calls. He has rectified WiFi issues, cable issues, laptop issues, and more. He has installed a home entertainment system at and gotten on the phone with us to sort out tech issues with Spectrum. He and the crew at the shop are friendly and knowledgeable and "phix" things quickly at reasonable prices. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mr Phix. read more

I rarely leave reviews in general but in this case I have to share. My experience with Ted and team was amazing! I was having issues with scam and other viruses on my laptop. He took one look and knew exactly what it was - fixed right in front of me to show me what he was doing in less than 10 minutes he was done! AND, he did not charge me!!!!! I would HIGHLY recommend Mr Phix above all others. He is now DR Phix in my opinion :-) read more

I have had my phone fixed a couple of times here and they always do a great job. I went in today and needed the frame of my phone fixed because the screen kept popping out, not only did they do that for me, but being a struggling college student I was low on money and they were willing to work within my budget! My mother and I had been back and forth between lowes and RadioShack trying to get the remote for her ceiling fan fixed. Ted welcomed us right in and at no charge fixed the remote and showed how it needed to be done. He was very personable and took the time to explain his business and its capabilities.
