Horrible customer service Bought a $27 phone charger clearance rack in a closed box with alarm cover on it. It was originally $59 so I thought I was getting a high quality charger. Turns out that it did not work. Brought it back the very next day and s would not refund it or provide store credit "since it is clearance". Non functional item with no refund. Spoke to the manager James, who refused to help other than offer me a phone number to call some corporate headquarters. I have better things to do with my time then spend two hours on the phone for a $27 refund. What I did learn from this is despite my attempts to support my local brick and mortar store the terrible customer service has lost me. I will be using Amazon from this point on. At least their return policy is better than this place. One day when the out of business sign goes up, I will not be surprised. read more

Great staples location. Very helpful staff in the copy & print center. I had an awful experience at the staples on college rd. I came here and the difference was night and day. They helped me with a friendly attitude and got me in and out even though they were very busy. I really appreciate the work ethic of the staff at this location! read more

I had a very bad experience with Ashley in print services. She made a critical error and NEVER apologized. Store manager got involved and was helpful and comped my bill. However, the brash and authoritative attitude of Ashley leaves a VERY bad taste in my mouth. The "multi-tasker" needs to slow down and do things correctly. Errors offset alleged "speed"! read more

Stopped in to grab a couple of things that I normally order from amazon and thankfully they had everything I needed and I was able to find them a little bit cheaper than I usually do. There were so many different items on sell, my teacher creativity was about to explode but I kept it simple. I was very impressed with this Staples! Everything was laid out, clean, organized, and labeled, so you knew exactly where to go. I was looking for an unusual item (magnetic printing paper), and while I was in the aisle, a sales associate asked if I needed any help. When I told her what I was looking for, she led me to the exact spot where it was. There were two check out lanes open, so basically no wait. The cashier was very friendly. As we chatted, I mentioned that I'm a teacher, getting my classroom ready for the new school year. She was so excited! She gave me several of these reusable bags filled with classroom items, such as paper, highlighters, etc, and then she informed me about the teacher area. After I purchased my product, I headed over to the teacher area. Y'all, it was so cute! Sooooo sweet of Staples! There were free snacks for teachers to have, and then raffles to enter too. I was so touched by that small act of kindness by Staples, that the next day I went into my school, delivered the (extra) reusable bags to co-workers and told them all to go shop there! read more

She was quick to offer assistance, made sure to acknowledge other customers that were waiting and offered to answer any questions. We needed to have some photos scanned and printed out for our wedding this last June. I wish I could remember the name of the awesome woman who helped us out, at their print shop. She helped us pick the right paper, scanned and adjusted the brightness so our photos looked great at our wedding. The pricing was reasonable and she even gave us a discount on top of that! I could not recommend this location highly enough. Working with the employees of this Staples was a much needed break from all the stress of wedding planning. They crushed it! read more

Only use them now for UPS shipments, which the process has gotten worse i.e. the removal of the self ship kiosk. Waited in line with one purchase behind two guests to check out. One of the mangers helped the person in front of me for a return at another register. After that was completed, she just walked off to talk to 5 other co-mangers/employees, while I waited behind the first customer. Total lack of customer focus and this is not the first time at this location. So, I left my one item at the candy display and walked out with out buying anything. Oh, well back to Amazon Prime.
