I dropped off a package with returns with a FedEx label to Mailbox Express, which we've used…read morebefore. I waited for the return to come in, and I checked the tracking. After about 30 days of not seeing my return processed, I called FedEx, which said that it wasn't delivered. I then checked, again, the tracking on the Mailbox Express receipt said delivered. I then realized it was sent via UPS instead of FedEx strangely, so the package scanned was clearly not the package dropped off. In fact, it was delivered to a different state and not recoverable. After a month of talking to FedEx, UPS, and the store it was being returned to, they placed the blame on the third party shipper (Mailbox Express). Mailbox Express let me know that their receipt/policy says that they take no responsibility for any package that isn't delivered properly and that it's the responsibility of the shipping company that it's then sent to. Unfortunately because this wasn't an error of FedEx, the return store, or UPS - this is apparently just a loss. The package of returns was over $500, and despite this very clearly being a store-error, sending it via the wrong service not at all affiliated with the label adhered to the package, they offer no recourse. Good luck if anything goes wrong with your package at this store. I was recently laid off, and this money means a lot to me. I think it would mean a lot to anyone. *I've never left a negative review for anyone, ever, in my 32 years on this planet. I work in the service industry and formerly customer service and know how much these reviews are crucial to a business and one bad day or bad experience shouldn't be reflective of an entire institution that employs multiple people. But this, I have to say, is egregious.

We went 52 miles and filled the truck with 6.89 gallons before we returned it. We were charged for an additional 3 gallons. I went to complain about the overcharge and was told it all depends on the age of the truck and how it was driven. The average U-Haul truck gets 6 to 12 MPG. This is not adding up. Do not use this location. They have done this to others!
