The behavior displayed by the gentleman with glasses is historically rude and unprofessional. There is never an effort to communicate respectfully on his part. This kind of attitude reflects poorly on the company and needs immediate attention. With my luck, he's the local owner. read more

Went to this location to do some Amazon returns - when requesting a return on Amazon it said no need to package up the items or print a label and I was sent a QR code. When I went to return the items, the employees at this location said I needed to buy a new box for the items or they wouldn't take them. If you have Amazon returns, don't come to this location. They don't follow what Amazon says about returns. read more

The only thing they deliver at this store is a bad attitude served with a side of -thank you I hate my job. I think we all understand that this time of year any package service store would be busy. This is by far the worst UPS store I have ever been in. Had a very rude experience a year ago and swore I would never go back. Had a package to be sent UPS so I decided to give it another try. Nothing has changed. The worst attitude of the employees and the owner is not much better!! Lesson learned. Never Never again will I go there. Their printer failed and there was a thin white line void in the tracking number so you couldn't read it in one section. I asked the young man on the phone about the additional bar code on the bottom and asked if that resource might give us the Real Tracking number. He was rude, arrogant and just wanted to get me off the phone. I've been using that store for 3 years and they never keep staff there very long. (Always a new employee). They ALL have a very unfriendly nature, never smile and never pleasant. Most everyone here is Wilmington are so nice, friendly and helpful. Not in this store! At least they could have acknowledged that their printer was defective and FIX IT SO OTHER FOLKS WOULDN'T HAVE THE SAME ISSUE WITH THE TRACKING NUMBER BEING UNREADIBLE! read more

For decades, always skilled & knowledgeable service. Only exception is when they are busy, you have to wait. Very easy to mail packages, they will give you every option, not just ups. Amazon returns , just have your code.( Even helped one gentleman, step by step get his code!). Have always been treated politely & with respect when I am being helped. read more

I do a lot of business with this store. Owner and staff are friendly and get you in and out. I'm grateful it's in the neighborhood. The parking lot is a little tight but that's not the store's fault. read more

I just dropped off 6 very large bulky boxes. There were 3 staff working and not one of them offered to assist. Not even to hold the door for me while I brought the large boxes in. Two customers did offer which makes the staff look even more useless. read more

The absolute worst customer service of any expediter/shipper in town. The USP Store downtown is amazingly nice while these cranky robots could care less if you're helped or not. PLUS, the price was SO different. The robotworker here quoted over $100, claimed no other way to get it where I was sending it for less. I go fed uo with the attitude so I drove downtown. Such a different attitude. So nice and helpful. Plus, the price for the same service same date delivery was only $75. If I'm using UPS I'll def use the store downtown. read more

in a very busy environment today, I was surprised that the UPS Store Manager was unfriendly and brusque. The manager needs a crash course in customer service and in maintaining his composure on difficult days. Sadly, this was not my first unsatisfactory experience at this location. I was so disappointed with this store. I took a snowboard in to send to my daughter. The website promised great rates on packaging up the snowboard, so I took it to the place to have it boxed there. WHAT A BIG MISTAKE. Do not have your stuff packaged by UPS, do everything you can to package it up at home. Not only was it $110 to ship it ground from Wilmington to Alexandria, VA, but I was charged an additional $84 for packaging. I could have driven the snowboard to VA myself...probably taken a flight there for less than what I was charged. WHAT A SCAM! And the first attempt at charging me for the packaging was almost $180... But, what do you do when others are waiting in line behind you and you don't know where else to quickly take your package to get it mailed. I used to send everything UPS, because they were nicer and had reasonable rates, not always the lowest, but I would sacrifice to get the customer service...I didn't get anything this time. read more

I took a package that had a post office return label and shipped it. After being unable to track the package I contacted the store. I was rudely advised that they were not responsible for the package and had no liability. They absolutely are responsible whether they know it or not if they accept a package in their care. On another occasion I was charged $12 to be provided a small box for shipping. Shipping cost there are excessive. As bad as the post office service is I would rather use them!! read more

went for a passport photo, employee was poorly trained took her at least 3 tries then didn't know how to print , needed the other employee to end up printing. he was very short and rude to me. add insult to injury, the photo sucked and it cost $18 DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE, NOT WORTH THE AGGRAVATION!!! read more

Went there yesterday to get a simple form notarized. The notary had to ONLY verify me signing the form and notarize that. The young male employee stated he could not do that because there were no specific notary instructions even though this government form was kindergarten level self-explanatory... I drove to the next UPS Store down the road and they had zero issues notarizing it. read more

Went into store to send UPS pre-paid package. Clerk noted that the bottom of UPS LABEL was Cut off so he instructed me to forward my email to the UPS store so he could print it off. He noted that there would be a charge. I proceeded to email the UPS label to the store. The charge to print the email was $3.20. They charged $2.99 to rent the computer. This was so bizarre. We just moved to Wilmington and we're looking for a local UPS store. In Cary we had been going to the same one for 12 years and they were super polite and accommodating. These guys were rude and it was not a good experience. read more

This place is a joke. Dropped off a package yesterday and paid $84.00 for overnight delivery. UPS says they never received the package. The owner of this store had such a horrible and belligerent attitude I left the store shaking. He claims they did everything they were supposed to do in getting the package to UPS and that UPS is lying to me and will tell me what ever they want to. UPS said the store could issue a refund immediately, this owner refused and said UPS was again lying. This owner has made sure I will never support his business again. read more

I just rushed into the ups store for a quick print job. They had me in and out in less than 5 minutes. It was over 100 copies and the sales associates even made them for me to speed things up. i went in twice today and the men who had helped me were both super rude about everything i asked. i was just trying to send a return out and all he had to do was scan something and gave me an attitude the whole time while the other man was helping another customer verify a shipment and while the customer was taking pictures the employee would roll his eyes is he'd ask him to do anything extra. i will never be coming back and avoid it at any costs. if you hate your jobs so much then quit don't take it out on your clients. read more

I don't usually use UPS stores because I feel like they are very overpriced. This store definitely confirmed that. I decided to try this store because of location and convenience. I needed to overnight a package and this store wanted to charge me $115. I told them no thanks, that I would take it to the post office where it would be less expensive. The person working there tried to convince me that the post office would charge me just as much. Needless to say, the post office only charged me $46. It was out of my way, but definitely worth the price difference. These guys are ripping people off. read more

I called ahead and the store said they would receive my package. USPS confirmed tracking and package received at the inside of their location, so I went to pick my package up and they did not have it. The manager said don't know what to tell you, I probably sent it back to sender. A big problem when your traveling and trying to receive an important package.
