I've used this specific location for a number of years now. The owners and employees are all top-notch.

I recently moved to new area and had a package scheduled for delivery. The package was scheduled to be delivered between 2-4 pm, however it came before noon. Upon arriving home I saw the UPS post it on the door and was initially frustrated that the driver didn't just leave the package as instructed in the notes. So, unsure of what to do, I called this UPS store and talked with Red, who also happens to be the owner. (I found this out after he had taken care of helping me) Not only did Red help locate my package, and the store it was being held at-he instructed me on what to do if the access point store said they didn't have my package. Furthermore, Red remarked about 5 times, to call him back if I needed anything, or wanted more assistance regarding my delivery. He explained he may not be able to help find it, however he would do whatever it took to try and help. Red went above and beyond in assisting me and I am extremely grateful for his patience and service. He could have easily ignored me and replied with-sorry I can't help, however he did not. This shows that Red has a moral compass and truly loves what he does. I appreciate Red and his willingness to help me out with this situation and if I ever need to ship anything through UPS, you best believe I will be heading to Red's location! Great team of unique individuals that work well together and have a sense of urgency. Most of the other print and shipping businesses in Wilmington have bad attitudes and don't care to work with customers as they would rather make an hourly wage doing as little as possible. This is a very well run store. Aways friendly, quick to help. They helped me with an amazon return that did not have the correct packaging and solved my problem for me. There is a small parking lot next door with 10min free drop off parking. Don't let the downtown street construction stop you from using this store. Front street is not blocked off if you come from the north on Walnut so you can get both street and lot parking. It is worth driving downtown to use this UPS store. read more

I had a great experience at this store. The parking lot has several spots marked for "10 minute UPS parking". I loved this and it made my parking very convenient. When inside the store the staff were quick and helpful. If you were just dropping off a package there was an area to do that without waiting. read more

Amazing store and service, the cashier was super helpful as i was from out of town, she helped me ship my package and gave me recommendations for an outstanding restaurant. They lost two of my bosses very important packages - with huge checks in them. NO real apologizes- dim witted workers with one wanting to stuff my things in a box way too small and ended up almost damaging my goods. I had to stop him from screwing up my stuff! If I was there they would have been damaged. Another time a sad low energy woman wanted to charge me for two pieces of tape from her tape gun to secure my package. It might have cost them 1 cent to tape it! She wanted $3.00 to tape a couple pieces on my package. NO courtesy at this this one. Don't go! read more

I live down the street from this business, and also use UPS for a mail box in my hometown. These are usually independently owned and operated, which I believe this one is also. They are very nice and always helpful. They have a notary that is only 5.00 and will be my go-to for needs. She was exceptionally nice and easy to work with.
