When requested for help since they were just standing there, they said they had been instructed not to do so. I could understand it if snyone at all had needed something, but that was not the case. They were asked by most of the people coming in to see the line and them just standing there. Perhthey need a UPSonly line that is waited on fist, like First Class at airport, and then help others.
