Cape Fear Cleaning Solutions actually did everything they said they…read more would do except even better. First time experience. Brian and Josh arrived a few minutes early. Before they started They walked through and assured me they would pay extra care and attention to the traffic area and stains. They worked well together and took their time making sure I was aware of their process and extra cleaning steps for soiled areas. Communication was wonderful and in the end they wanted to be sure I was very pleased with the results. I can now delay replacing my white carpeting. YAY! I should have switched a long time ago but am grateful to have now experienced Cape Fear Cleaning Solutions. I love supporting a locally owned company who strives to do the best for your home and live up to their word. Brian and Josh were friendly, considerate and a fine representation of the company.

Lisa Ranieri's cleaning crew did an amazing job cleaning all our floor, wall shower tile and…read morebacksplash grout. They spent 3 days sealing and going over every inch of tile in our home. Then they tackled all our countertops: bathrooms, kitchen and finally all the shower glass. While it was difficult to not have access to all our rooms and of course the disruption of having to move everything off the surfaces, now that it is all done and our home gleams, I am so pleased I did this. Lisa's materials and workmanship are all guaranteed for 15 years so we won't have to do this again for a long time. I can highly recommend this business and the price, while hefty, is totally worth it.

I sent out a request for estimates for installing a tile backsplash in our kitchen on Thursday,…read moreJuly 18. The request went to three different firms. Pelaez Renovations responded the next day and came to the house on Saturday, July 20. I had an estimate later that day and work was scheduled for the following Saturday. The other two firms never responded at all. I was responsible for materials and had already purchased several decorative tiles. Juan Pelaez sent me photos and descriptions of exactly what additional tiles, mastic, grout and caulk I needed. Today, July 27, Juan and his helper arrived at the house at 8:00 AM. Five hours later the job was finished. Juan was meticulous and precise in his work and was careful to clean up afterwards. This was a small job, only 12.5 SF. It looks great and the total cost was just over $800, 30 percent of which was the decorative tile.
