Here is my experience, After finally finding them open for business (the open sign flashes 24-n-7), I brought a box of supplies for my college student and thought by the price tag that it was going Federal Express as indicated on all the store signage. The owner served me, told me he should have it in 2 to 3 days. Then after two weeks, the store clerk says, "This package could not have gone Federal Express because Federal Express has been down for over two weeks. So it went regular mail and there are no guarantees, no insurance and certainly no tracking information to give you."
How is Fed Ex down? Trucks are moving all over Wilmington. Is that code for I didn't pay my Fed Ex bill?
Well what first class service!! I was NOT informed this package was NOT going Fed Ex until it was not received.
No proof of it ever being picked up and miraculously it was never delivered. What first class service. read more
