Dee helped me the other day with a large item to return. He was kind enough to retrieve it from my vehicle and bring it into the store. Although there are two or three other stores that are closer to my home I always go to this particular UPS store as they are so kind and helpful. I don't know the names of the other staff, but I know there is a gentleman named Dallas that has a great attitude and is very professional. All the staff at the store are Top Tier. read more

The store itself was very nice and the staff were great, but the prices to ship something were astronomical. It cost me $48 to ship a pair of shoes to Colorado. I honestly have no one to blame but myself. I should have walked away when the staff person said it was going to be $28 to ship it ground. There's no way I'll go back at those prices which is a shame because it's so close to where I work and the staff were super helpful. read more

This store gets busy, especially during lunch, but the staff keeps a level head and the line moves forward. Many of the repeat customers know the staff, so there is a lot of "catching up" on the latest news. I love it. Small town charm in a big city. They will wrap, pack, ship and help you with your Amazon returns. There are some supplies available if you have to purchase a box, etc. There is also a computer you can "rent" for 15 minute increments. Many people have a post office box at this store. Special shout out to DJ, who helped me with a very complex printing project. He was patient and made sure I had all my documents before I left the store. Definitely my favorite UPS location. read more

Update: the artwork arrived at my house smashed to pieces about 6 months after tabitha from this store packed it and lost it. this happened. UPS refused to compensate me in any way. this experience was horrific. i hope my dad's ghost haunts the woman from this store. i will never forget the trauma this caused my family. read more
