Please pay close attention to this review for Krystal 8209 market st wilmington. I arrived with a return to amazon but the flip phone code picture was fuzzy and could not be scanned. Krystal tried relentlesley to help and even went on the site herself to help, the whole time smiling and assuring me that she would try her best to make this happen. I am 80 and not tech savvy, no problem she said and kept at it till my return was accomplished with constant smiles and reassurance and complete knowledge that this could be accomplished using their computer. Walked in earlier this week to ship several packages. They were busy , but not crazy. We were assisted several minutes after arriving. The employee was friendly, professional , handled the three transactions with not problem. By the time we were on our last package to ship there was a line almost out the door. Brought back Amazon purchase for return that wasn't needed. Until yesterday just having item and label or image was good for return. a rather unfriendly employee explained i had to box the item that was already boxed or pay them to do it. I chose to go to nearby Food Lion store where they gave me materials and tape to make one, and save $9. Took it back and then was asked to attach label before bringing in. First, as I walked in from the pouring down rain I was greeted by the red headed lady with a disgusted look on her face. Then I ask if she had a "sticky note" I could have to write a note to send with one of my packages. Abruptly she says no, but I see several note pads by the register. I had to go back out to my car in the pouring rain to get something to write on. Pretty disappointed with the customer service here. read more

This location has the WORST customer service. Have been here a dozen or so times and it's always the same attitude from them. They act like they hate life and their jobs even more. This .is . the . Best. UPS . store. I've been coming here quite often since the Pandemic/COVID. I do a lot of online orders so that makes for some returns. I'm happy to say they've never lost a package and everything has arrived where it's suppose to go. AND No matter how many people are in this store to ship, return, print whatever, you always get in and out very quickly. The service here is incredible. The store Always has enough employees working to facilitate the lines and they move things along in such a nice orderly fashion. Not to mention all the employees are very friendly and helpful! Let me give you an example: I had a printing project I was working on at my home computer but I got stuck (I'm not very tech savvy) I came in to ask a question about it. A super nice guy named DJ took the time to explain to me how to continue and he would not give up on me. With his help and encouragement my printing project came out perfectly! (it was for my sons Rehearsal Dinner and looked fantastic). I just couldn't Thank him enough! He went above and beyond any customer service that I've seen in a long long time. I am surprised to see the low reviews as DJ was an incredible at getting a dining room table and 6 chairs shipped to Denver. Very friendly, accessible, professional, and he worked with us at getting the price as low as possible. Even after the price was agreed, a few days later when we dropped off the chairs/tables, he presented a lower price as he was able to figure out a way to reduce it. If you are in a rush, the service is decent but the cost is unreal. I have used this place out of desperation several times but almost every time shipping the item through them costs more than the item I am shipping. After my last visit I actually took the item to them, UPS on 23rd street, FedEx, and to the post office and this UPS store was twice as expensive as any other option, including buying shipping supplies. read more
