I opened the box, removed a little packing material, took pictures the put the packing material in the box, and resealed it. I didn't remove anything from the box. Then I initiated a return on Ebay of the item. The seller got the unit back and immediately filed a complaint with Ebay falsely claiming there were missing items from the original shipment. I emailed him and he claims he didn't receive everything which is a lie. Do yourself a favor and do not buy from this guy. He is not reputable. *Update. The owner has refunded my money after I posted my complaint publicly.

Turned out it needed to be taken in to check at the component level. Within 12 hours they provided detailed pictures, the solution and multiple ways forward. My son still wanted to complete the build and Joseph completely understood and did not push unnecessary work. My son and I went out and got the replacement part that Pixel Pros had identified and Joseph delivered the PC back to us to complete the build. Joseph provided detailed guidance when he dropped the PC back off to with us to ensure we didn't run into any further issues. He arrived within two hours and within another hour had removed the old cylinders on all outer doors (3 doors with two locks each), then replaced them shortly after that.
