We ran into some power issues after having it run for a couple hours. I called Pixle Pros and Joseph was on site extremely fast to trouble shoot. Turned out it needed to be taken in to check at the component level. Within 12 hours they provided detailed pictures, the solution and multiple ways forward. My son still wanted to complete the build and Joseph completely understood and did not push unnecessary work. My son and I went out and got the replacement part that Pixel Pros had identified and Joseph delivered the PC back to us to complete the build. Joseph provided detailed guidance when he dropped the PC back off to with us to ensure we didn't run into any further issues.
