I ran into an issue that was beyond my expertise so I called to get some assistance. spoke to 2 different Ryan's the first day and they promised me that the tech would call me back shortly. With buisness at a stand still, no call back! called the next morning and actually got someone named Chris on the phone. I explained what was going on and he told me the techs were not in for at least another hour, but he would mark it priority for them to call me back. 3 hours went by, buisness still greatly crippled by the issue with the computer, and no call. Frustrated, I called Best Buy. One 45 minute call and we were back up and running again at full capacity. If you have a problem with your pc, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS GROUP OF INCOMPETENT PEOPLE!! Oh, by the way, they NEVER CALLED BACK AT ALL!!! Forgotten about and neglected when my Buisness and livelihood were on the line! You people are a joke and if the owner knows what's good for him, he should start re-staffing immediately, or prepare to go bankrupt because the employees don't care about his customers or his money!

He sat there and made a joke about Hiroshima because so many people were walking in and it was "like a bomb went off in there". I went in for a simple diagnostic because my iPad wouldn't turn on and I wasn't sure if it was the battery or the charging port. I specifically asked them to diagnose it and give me a call so I could decide if it was worth the repair or not since it's an old iPad. Instead, 4 days later I had to call twice and they hadn't even looked at it! 2 days later I called again and they told me they were just now opening it and they were replacing the battery and it would be $180. That was the whole point of me asking them to diagnose it first because the iPad isn't even worth that much and I wouldn't have bothered with it! They said they'd give me a call tomorrow when it's time to pick up. Well it's been 2 more days since then and I still haven't heard a single thing! Over a week with my iPad and not a single call from them. Had I known this I never would've bothered bringing it here. Absolutely horrible service and a total rip off because they're too stoned to listen to anything you're saying and then do whatever they want anyways. 0/10 will never be coming back here and very upset I even have to pay for this horrible service.

I knew they had 2 in stock but he told my wife sorry we just can't help you with that and turned around and walked off. I manage a local business as well and would not condone this sort of customer interaction whatsoever!!!! If it was the incorrect battery then why was I given a price? Service was great at first until my daughter put down her phone face down on the next day on a…read moreleather couch at a doctor's office the glass broke again, yep that easy. Of course my daughter that is only 16 tried to handle this herself. She told the owner that it must of dropped on her keys in which her keys were lying right beside the folder that she dropped it on. I was present and watched it the whole time. Anyway Shawn House told her it was her fault. Well the next day my husband call unknowing that my daughter called and told him that her keys were in the way that she thought. Yes, my husband was angry and Shawn was very disrespectful to him. Well, since nothing was accomplished I had to take her phone to a apple tech. He took it apart and asked me who fix it last time. I told him and he then told me that 4 screws were missing, a film that was suppose to be behind the button at the bottom and the screen was missing behind the speaker at the top. Of course the glass broke or cracked right up by the speaker. The apple tech told me that if the screen or mesh was there it probably wouldn't of broke. Well the items that I told Shawn was missing he had a comment about each item. Then he took an old phone out of the trash and said the only way it could of broke is if you slam it down like this. He slammed it down on the floor in front of me, how unprofessional it was to do that and also just call me a liar right there in front of his mom or mother in law that was standing there the whole time. He asked me what do I want him to do. I told him that I wanted him to make it right. He said he would cut me a check. I told him that I would even pay for the glass, he said no he was going to refund the whole amount. He looked at my husband in which he didn't say anything because I was dealing with it and asked him should he send the check to his work. Shawn does business with the place where my husband works. He also said that he had some wood at one of his sites that had dirt on it and he didn't know how that happen and he was going to send it back to my husbands work. My husband replied okay. Now keep in mind my husband was not involved in it this time he didn't even say a word. How unprofessional was that. Well, it's probably been about 2-3 weeks and I haven't received a check yet. I probably won't never see it. I will let everybody know what Shawn did to me.

I have needed help with various computers I've owned for many years and have found that help in…read moreplaces ranging from Syracuse in upstate NY to Auburn, Alabama to Charlotte and Raleigh in NC and now here in Greenville. I say all this to make the point that The Computer Doctor in Greenville is by far the best experience I've had. He took my Dell laptop that was booting up at a snail's pace and CONSTANTLY updating for some reason and, after one overnight's work, had it running so well it was unbelievable. I'm not sure what I had done to mess it up so badly, but he fixed it. It now boots up in less than 2 minutes (used to be it could take up to 30 min) and is running like a charm.
