(This move has been a stressful one for me.) They called to confirm the night before, and on the morning of, my two gents (shout out to Ross and CJ!) showed up 30 mins early. EARLY! That's unheard of in this day and age. I was impressed!!!! It took these two about 3hrs to unload our 16ft POD. I wasn't aware, but they do a 10% military discount. (We paid cash to avoid the 3% card fee.) There was a $100 deposit at the time of booking, which came off our bill. And of course, we tipped--which they are allowed to accept. (Thanks Ken for being an amazing owner that allows that!) I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LMS for your moving needs. While this move was out of pocket for us, I hope that they're contracted with the military for our next (and FINAL, hallelujah) move. Ross and CJ, much love to you both. There wasn't any openings that day but said he'd be around my house the next day at lunch time (between 11:30 and 12:30). During that phone call he was very forthcoming with information and was very patient with my questioning. This morning, he called and was able to come at 11:00. Very knowledgeable, walked me step by step to what he was doing and why. He not only replaced the blown fuse but also talked to be about how to prevent it from happening. He was also frank with me about my wants and needs. At the end of the day, Loy and his trainee were at the house from 11:00 till 11:40 and fixed my dryer and a minor issue with the washer. Edit: As if I didn't already have enough positive things to say about this company, I just got a follow up phone call two weeks later to check in on how my machines and repairs are holding up.
