We ran into some power issues after having it run for a couple hours. I called Pixle Pros and Joseph was on site extremely fast to trouble shoot. Turned out it needed to be taken in to check at the component level. Within 12 hours they provided detailed pictures, the solution and multiple ways forward. My son still wanted to complete the build and Joseph completely understood and did not push unnecessary work. My son and I went out and got the replacement part that Pixel Pros had identified and Joseph delivered the PC back to us to complete the build. Joseph provided detailed guidance when he dropped the PC back off to with us to ensure we didn't run into any further issues. My son and I proceded to disassemble the PC to replace the motherboard as suggested and reassembled the PC, implementing the tips Joseph suggested. We applied power and it booted right up like a champ. You should have seen the excitement on my sons face. I have been monitoring the PC closely to ensure no further issue and everything is holding strong. Thank you Pixle Pros for making this opportunity to learn a new skillset with my son so enjoyable. I have no doubt that you have helped creat a positive memory that will last a lifetime for us both. He was so proud of his creation. I highly recommend Pixle Pros for all of your electronics needs. Extremely quick, fairly priced, great customer service, and extremely effective communication through the whole process.

If you have an email address that is no longer supported or useful, and you want to move all your emails from the old address to a new address (in our case from Embarqmail to Gmail), then look no further. We knew it would be a nightmare for whoever tackled this (an IT friend tried for a couple of days with no luck), but Eric from CW never gave up and although it took longer than either he or we expected, it is completed now with no problems. We were panicked about losing old emails with significant information, but everything transferred. And it's a flat rate to do this. After checking around, their price was reasonable and we are completely satisfied. We highly recommend Computer Warriors!

Quick Fix Phone Repair And Accessories

Beware: A dishonest, dismissive, and incredibly frustrating experience…read more If you are considering spending your money here for a simple screen replacement, RUN. My $300+ investment resulted in multiple repair failures, HOURS of wasted time, and incredibly shady business practices. I deeply regret not taking my phone to a reputable shop. Here is exactly what you can expect if you leave your device in their hands: Endless Failed Repairs: I paid $300+ upfront for a screen replacement. What followed was an absolute nightmare--three separate trips back to the store over three days because their work kept failing. First, the new screen began physically lifting off the phone. Then, the screen went completely unresponsive (I couldn't unlock my phone, answer calls, or use it at all). Wasted Time: On my third visit to fix *their* mistakes, I was left waiting for THREE HOURS! Gaslighting & Zero Accountability: After they replaced the screen *again*, a brand-new issue appeared: my front camera was extremely blurry. It worked perfectly before they touched it. Rather than taking responsibility for damaging my hardware, they completely dismissed me and claimed I "must have changed a setting myself." Shady Business Practices: When I finally asked for a refund for this disaster, I was told I could only get my money back if they glued my *original shattered screen* (from three days ago) back onto my phone. To make matters worse, they told me: "The POS system can't process full refunds." That explanation is blatantly misleading, makes zero logistical sense, and felt like an intentional trap to take advantage of customers. As a customer, I remained patient and respectful through every single visit. I just wanted the working phone I paid for. Instead, I left feeling dismissed, blamed for problems their technician created, and stuck dealing with hardware issues that only appeared after they opened my device. Save your $300, save your time, and save your sanity. Do NOT bring your devices here.
