    I had a fantastic experience with Staples and using their print shop. I purchased and did a lot of the tough stuff online (which I highly recommend). I had multiple print orders with various sizes and instructions. It was done within 24 hours and ready for pickup. I made my way there, they were quick to get my order and there was one minor issue that they reprinted and fixed right on the spot. Everyone was super friendly also .

I first went to a different store around the corner on College Rd who cleaned the port and told me I needed to replace it for over $100 because it still didn't work. I decided to swing by here instead to see what they had to say and they FIXED IT! Right at the register! They cleaned the port... just like the other store... but it was fixed this time! Not only did they fix it for free... before he even tried to fix it he asked if I tried the wireless charging with it... I had not... and it worked with wireless charging. So even if he didn't fix the port I would not have needed to spend the $ on fixing the port with this workaround. Things to note: 1. The store is super clean and modern. Feels like a Verizon store or similar. It felt professional and well taken care of. I immediately felt at ease here. 2. Plenty of parking out front. 3. Greeted right when I came in... even though there were two other people there the one store clerk said he would be right with me, so I sat at one of the many comfy chairs they had available. 4. They didn't take my phone in the back (most fixes I am sure they do)... but they had a little station at the register for quick fixes which I could watch and he fixed it right then and there! 5. Lots of cases and charging stations for sale! I was very very impressed by this place, especially after stepping for into the dilapidated building of the other place (who also was exchanging good reviews with discounts BTW)... this place was a sigh of relief. So I highly recommend coming here! Wish I could have taken some pics but my phone was out of my hands, haha!

    Update 8/11/25:…read more Issue 1: Thank god for asurion because I would have never gotten my diagnostic fee back without Kadrian the case manager. Kadrian reached out to the owner of this establishment about refunding me and they denied to refund me without an explanation even though they didn't give me a diagnosis as to what was wrong with my PlayStation 5. Issue 2: Which brings me to my next issue, I just found out that Ubreakifix, upon putting my unit back together, they didn't 1. Put my side plate covers securely on and 2. They forgot to put the power button back in the unit. I have taken my claim up with Kadrian the case manager and he is reaching out to the store owner once again to "rectify" the unprofessionalism and lack of detail and will get back to me. If I have to escalate this further, I will. This type of business is quite atrocious. Issue 3. I have never seen anything more unprofessional in my life. Conclusion: I would try your luck somewhere else because this business is not honest nor professional. Come here at your own risk. 7/28/25: The customer service was professional and pleasant. However bringing my ps5 slim in due to a surge issue was different. Even though it's posted they can repair the issue or at least find the issue through professional troubleshooting. I ended up paying a $60 diagnostic fee without any clue as to what is going on with my ps5. It was a "sorry it's beyond my troubleshooting capabilities", which is in and of itself a letdown. I could understand not being able to repair it, but not being able to troubleshoot the issue and having the unit for 3 days is a bit much, but then again.. this is from the customers POV. Can't say I'm satisfied, but who would be considering the outcome.

The customer service upon entering the store was friendly and helpful, after dropping my phone off they were done within 2 hours and I'm highly satisfied with their quality of work. The insurance in definitely worth it as I paid nothing for the phone repair.
