Our washer broke down so I was in a pinch. I was in and out with three loads within an hour and 15 minutes. Clean and friendly service. I also dropped off all the linens so they could wash them definitely a service. I'm going to be using in the future again. read more

Been going here for a few months since our washer is broken. Had few groups come in after 7:30PM with attitudes that they couldn't wash their laundry. There is a big, blue-lettered sign smack on the front door stating LAST WASH 7:30PM. The lady working at the time was much nicer than I would have been! :) she's funny too! !! read more

I was there around 4:30 and i saw a lady and the employee was being rude towards to her, the employee was antagonizing her, she was loud and extremely rude, calling her racial slurs, discriminating her, cussing snd bothering her the whole time she was there . I absolutely hate this type of behavior. read more

I had used a large laundry machine previously and everything was fine. Today...extremely disappointed....actually mad. The big machine was available so I decided to use it {first time}. I had a large load...so it made sense...but I was completely unfamiliar with this machine. I was asking the attending ladies for instructions before I put anything in. So I loaded it ...bought soap...they were out of bottles so I bought pods.. asked how to load the soap...in the top or??? Put stuff in and shut the door....or so I thought ...Machine did start... I saw motion {rotation} a few times... thought it was OK PS This machine has a door LOCK....I knew nothing about it No information on the machine about it that I could find. Anyway...the machine noticed....timed out....and I was stuck. No audible alarm to be heard. When I did notice it...I asked the ladies for help. They said right away that I was the loser.....the machine could not be restarted without my paying for a whole new lt a oad. Now $11.50 isn't a ton of money but I had just paid $11.50 for nothing... So I kept pressing for a better answer...they cut the power to the machine and it went back to Start...but wouldn't Reset. Then they refused to Refund the Soap pods....I retreived them from the machine {untouched...not even damp) ....Nope...they couldn't open the register....mess up the daily tabulation... I have NEVER encountered a business so GREEDY. Perhaps these Ladies are doing things their way...not the way the OWNERS want a FRIENDLY LAUNDRY to run. I clearly did not know what I was doing....I seldom use Laundromat stuff Very simple for them to RESTART my machine.....why not??? The BUSINESS would have lost nothing....I paid already!!!! I don't know that I will be back....still have the laundry... read more

I went to the Laundry Cottage looking for some coin operated machines that were less sketchy than the ones in my beach hotel. Imagine my shock when the cost of one wash was $9! But, these are huge machines. Totally unnecessary for half a suitcase of laundry. The price per pound for wash-dry-fold was only $1.15/ lb so I let them do it for me instead. Instead of babysitting my laundry through the wash and dry cycles and folding everything, I was able to get back to my vacation. read more

Rental cottage washer/dryer unavailable so we dropped into TLC and had them do it while we had lunch. Came back in 1-1/2 hours and it was all folded and wrapped. Very friendly staff. read more

Two bad experiences in a row after taking my rental unit linens there for years. Prices increased this year and I was willing to accept that. But then Inaccurate weight used for pricing. I was told they round up. Now missing items. I wish there were more wash and fold services. Competition might make this business think harder about customer service. read more

The employees here are so helpful! We came upon this place when our dryer broke in our condo & they were such a big help. My family has never been to a laundromat before and weren't exactly sure how things worked, but the employees helped us out and made sure we got what we needed! I gave 1 Star because 0 is not available. Being new to the area I am calling Home and being raised down South I never expected to be price gouged Like what they did. I know my husband has a Brooklyn accent and they even admitted the thought we we're tourists when he dropped off the wash for them to do & fold. It was 7 pairs of jeans 10 tee shirts and 2 blankets under clothes and 3 towels no way should it have cost over 80 dollars. I lived through Sandy on the south shore of Long Island and wasn't pillaged the way this lady did. Also with those prices they don't accept credit cards or debit cards. NEVER AGAIN will I walk in there. I will drive further to make sure I don't go there again. read more

today i was very surprised to be greeted by a very rude woman..i went to put my bedspread on the counter and she yelled out anhhh anhhh anhhh,,,,do not put that on the counter....the counter is clean and pointed to my spread and said and that is dirty,,,,put it over here....a table not big enough to hold the spread...there are usually 2 older very pleasant women up front...i was speachless...maybe she will not be there when i go to pick it up... read more
