Very nice reserved woman with her puppy. NO SIGNAGE THAT ANIMALS/DOGS CAN NOT BE IN HERE. The puppy was by her feet the WHOLE time LEASHED. no barks, no disturbance a very well behaved girl. The worker/owner whoever came to check on things looked at her and yelled "HEY" and cornered her and started shaking his head at her. She responded with "oh shes on a leash and she'll stay right beside me" he then stated she was "catching an attitude with him" and the woman looked as though she'd been cornered. I honestly feel sorry for the woman. As a PAYING customer I feel she should have been treated with some respect. She wasn't bothering anybody and was in the way back corner of the room! The staff here seems to be a real issue. I will no longer be using this establishment as I feel this is not okay. BE NICE TO PEOPLE. HUMAN DECENCY OR EVEN CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD NOT BE HARD.

I thought that a rattling noise came from the muffler according to Josh the noise came from the universal joints where the drive shaft is. I told Josh not to do it because if he can't get the right part then I don't want it done. He says he got the right part. I was there from 7:30 in the morning to 7:30 at night he cut my muffler he didn't put it back on or weld it back on cuz he had to cut it because he. Even though there was nothing wrong with the muffler according to Josh, he he didn't replace the muffler and he cut it in half and left it and then he put on the universal joint and it was the wrong one which he told me he had the right one I told him not to do it and he still did it. He called me names for vanity because I wouldn't leave my vehicle he wanted me to leave it. I told him I'm not leaving my vehicle with him I wanted you to call a tow man so I called the tow man he came and towed my vehicle to another mechanic's place cuz I didn't trust Josh. Not the way that guy carries himself he carries himself unprofessionally. To all you people out there don't bring your car to master mechanics in Conway it's a joke. Josh treated me real bad. Do not take your vehicle to that place because Master mechanics will destroy your truck like he did mine he left my drive shaft with the universal joint off of the vehicle he didn't wield my will he didn't weld my muffler back the way he says he was going to do because there was nothing wrong with it he left it because I didn't want to leave my vehicle with him.

However, I chose this…read morelaundromat because I have been living at one of the campgrounds and their laundry mat only allows cold water wash. My towels are starting to smell weird I wanted some hot water on my clothing. Though I pushed the hot water button this absolutely did not happen. One of the washers got a little warm but the rest of them were just cold. As soon as I got here and got my clothes in the washer and started the police showed up to talk to the people outside not sure what about but it did make me nervous I had my children with me. This is very run down and has a mildewy smell when you walk in. I could've save myself the trouble and just did my laundry at Pirateland In Coldwater. My clothes just did not even smell good when I pulled them out of the machines in the dryer's. I will not be coming back.
