I came to this laundromat with my husband and my two daughters. My girls were wearing dry swimsuits…read morebecause we hadn't even been to the beach yet. One employee told me they couldn't come inside unless they had shorts or pants on. Fine weird rule, but I respected it and had them wait outside. Then things went completely left. As I'm walking in with my laundry bag the "owner" comes yelling at me to shut the door because "the AC is going out." I was literally already stepping in and closing it. There was no reason for that attitude at all. Then out of nowhere she tells me I'm NOT allowed to use the laundromat anymore and refuses to serve me. After I already followed their rule and had my kids sitting outside. This is not customer service. This is rude unprofessional behavior and completely inappropriate treatment of paying customers. will not be returning and I would strongly advise others to avoid this place. I personally would Never go back. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

You can tell he takes pride in his business and not just looking to make money. The staff he had working also showed pride in their work. One employee was going machine to machine making sure each machine was cleaned to a high standard. Two employees were in the back hard at work cleaning and folding for laundry service. I would highly recommend this place for local people and travelers coming to Myrtle Beach.

My towels are starting to smell weird I wanted some hot water on my clothing. Though I pushed the hot water button this absolutely did not happen. One of the washers got a little warm but the rest of them were just cold. As soon as I got here and got my clothes in the washer and started the police showed up to talk to the people outside not sure what about but it did make me nervous I had my children with me. This is very run down and has a mildewy smell when you walk in. I could've save myself the trouble and just did my laundry at Pirateland In Coldwater. I thought that a rattling noise came from the muffler according to Josh the noise came from the universal joints where the drive shaft is. I told Josh not to do it because if he can't get the right part then I don't want it done. He says he got the right part. I was there from 7:30 in the morning to 7:30 at night he cut my muffler he didn't put it back on or weld it back on cuz he had to cut it because he. Even though there was nothing wrong with the muffler according to Josh, he he didn't replace the muffler and he cut it in half and left it and then he put on the universal joint and it was the wrong one which he told me he had the right one I told him not to do it and he still did it. He called me names for vanity because I wouldn't leave my vehicle he wanted me to leave it. I told him I'm not leaving my vehicle with him I wanted you to call a tow man so I called the tow man he came and towed my vehicle to another mechanic's place cuz I didn't trust Josh. Not the way that guy carries himself he carries himself unprofessionally. To all you people out there don't bring your car to master mechanics in Conway it's a joke. Josh treated me real bad. The attendant came over and said, "I use this table for my work." However, she had already been using the other customer tables for her work as well. I'm washing a king quilt and mattress pad as my rental has the mini stacked combo unit-so two loads. The large machines were full, so I used two smalls with hot, heavy soil, and extra rinse for $4. Impressed! I used a small dryer $2 for 40 minutes, #9, for the cotton quilt on HOT and it was completely dry. I used the LG dryer $3 for 30 minutes, and the mattress pad was 95% dry. I'll try it on the small dryer for giggles. I walked the washers and made sure all doors and detergent trays were opened as it was hot today and I thought they might mold. Cheers!

The mildew smell comes from two issues...1. They have all the washer doors closed in the heat. Front loaders need to stay open to prevent that. And 2. The sheer temperature in there is ridiculous! No fans running and no air conditioning. Actually, today it's cooler outside of the little building. My comforters are washing now, so I can't speak to the dryer situation other than to say they looked good.
