I can't say enough good about these folks. I rely so much on my tech - in my life and in my biz - it is so important to me to have the perception of expertise in folks fixing my stuff ... and the perception that they Care about me, my tech, my biz... this icing on the cake - kind of mind-blowing. I find myself so grateful. I appreciated my interactions with and service from each of the two owners so much - in different visits - I brought them gifts - which is not normal for me - I just had to GIVE Back. Meanwhile, I need great value - I don't want to, and I don't have a budget to Pay for high-end service. Somehow I am getting high-end service at low-end price. This is an excellent quadrant. Are they perfect? no. Are they still learning this or that? yes - who isn't - the realm they operate-in is wide and ever-shifting. And, the communication about what they know and don't , what they know and what they will try to figure out is... beautiful. I went there originally for an issue that was illusive - was it a battery or screen issue with my iPhone? I was SURE it was on Deaths door. It is now working beautifully! Then I came back with my Mac (which is behaving SO much better now) and my partners cell phone (which they said it was a better investment to replace than to fix - thank you!), my partner is going in with his Mac soon. Left my device in the store with the repair guy for a screen fix and while I was shopping I received a notification that someone was trying to access my email and they were trying to access it from that location. I went back and retrieved my device and confronted the gentleman about the attempt to access my email which he thoroughly denied. However, there was no work involved the address location, was clearly given. So I don't trust them at all. read more

This is the third time that I have used Iscreenfix and they continue to do excellent work! One side of my Apple watch and would not come off. I am way impressed with the quick response & friendly service. My iPhone 4 was losing its charge too quickly, so I figured I needed a new battery. After pricing it out, on a repair versus replace evaluation, I brought it in, explained the symptoms, and they were able to install the new battery within a few hours, for a quite reasonable fee. Unfortunately, the charge was still not holding too well. I called them, and they told me to bring it back in. When I did, they chatted me up about the battery was NOT the likely culprit, that the module that controls the battery in the iPhone 4 and 4s commonly starts to deteriorate, according to the buzz in the mobile device fixer world. They put the original battery back in, and gave me a number of hints on how to reduce power consumption, and refunded my original fee. I was impressed. Also, I discovered an excellent site on how to preserve battery life in iOS, titled "Why Does My iPhone Battery Die So Fast? Here's the Real Fix." It has really helped me not only preserve my battery life, but also protect my privacy, as I choose. read more

My speaker on my iPhone 6 Plus was messed up so I took it and they called me to tell me they replaced the speaker. I had my brother pick it up and he didn't think to test it there, but when he brought it home the speaker wasn't fixed..I called the shop pretty annoyed asking if they had not tested the speaker before they returned it. The guy who I spoke to responded to my anger with more anger and told me to bring it back in tomorrow then hung up on me. I went in calmly the next day and was kind to him and he was also kind back. He said he had tested the speaker before screwing everything back in, so it was possible that putting it all back together messed it up again. Whatever, problem was fixed. Well no, I got home and noticed he hadn't screwed the screws at the bottom of the phone back in. I went back and he literally did not even apologize. Three trips later, I got the problem fixed and I didn't mind that they were careless, but it was the guy's poor customer service that really turned me off. I know the other employee there who I first talked to was very kind. This other guy has an attitude problem. read more

I took my iPad here to have its broken screen fixed while we were in town on vacation. Within a week of the repair, the home button quit working. I took the iPad to a repair shop where I live that I have used before and was told that the home button was broken due to this business using a product that wasn't Apple certified. I was also told by my local shop that when they pulled off the screen to replace it and the button, there were shards of glass still in the iPad. I'm now having to pay again to have the screen fixed. Do not waste your money like I did at this "repair" shop. read more

I have an iPhone 7+ and my screen was cracked and led initially went out, I've also kept my Kate spade case on my phone for a while as well.. it was dried out & I just kept it for the glitter.. mind you my screen was cracked before the LED went out for months. I was without a phone for weeks, finally set up an appointment with CPR+ in market commons, couldn't find them and an lady pointed me to their direction. let me start off saying how much I LOVED the atmosphere of this place. I forgot the owner and the wife name He told me it was 139.99 to fix and I agreed. I stayed for about 2 1/2 hours, while finishing up he told me my phone is taking long to boot so he would have to do a factory reset ( thank god I backed up my phone ) he did it and it took 10+ minutes before my phone came on for him to tell me my home button doesn't work and my case must've did it and it's notjing he can do about it.. [ I thought they gave warranty? ] I thanked them and left I had 10% left on my phone and as soon as I made a call my phone went completely out, I rushed back for them to tell me oh it was dead.. I left went home and plugged my phone in for my backup and during the backup my phone SHUT off. Then I had to reset it for it to be on the home screen & I have NO TEMPORARY HOME BUTON on my phone. I had to get my boyfriend to go up there the next day bc I had to work, they again said it's nothing they could do.. send it to apple. [ I thought he was an apple tech] I didn't have a phone for a few weeks until I had to travel to CHARLESTON on extra expenses for them to tell my I don't have a warranty I would have to get a new phone bc they TORE the home button sensor while opening my phone & I have pictures showing but lied to A CUSTOMER saying I did it when I still used it after my phone was cracked!!! my phone even had extra pressure on one side from screws being too tight.. another reason my phone still takes 10 minutes to boot. So I saw this place had 5 stars so naturally I was skeptical and figured the 2 reviews were from people that worked there! Not at all the case. I digress... I dropped my phone face down in a parking lot and naturally my entire body tensed as if I was hit with a taser. I played it off cool picked it up and kept walking not missing a beat on the outside, and boiling with emotion on the inside. As a result of the crack my phone would at times have a mind of its own changing my keyboards and not allowing me to scroll etc. I am from Atlanta and here in myrtle on business. (Tough life right haha) I found this company on yelp and gave it a try. I was greeted by a beautiful blonde with a stunning nose ring (yes she could pull it off) I told her the horrendous story and she knew exactly what the issue was! Said she could fix it, then quickly deferring to a sharp dressed man leaning against the wall asking "we have the 5s in black right?" With a chuckle he said yes and i entrusted my baby with these strangers! They quoted me 130 and it was the lowest price I had seen in 2 states! In an hour I had her back and she looked amazing! I paid and left amazingly satisfied! These people are perfect and need to be saluted! Here's to you iScreenFix!! You are truly a king among men! read more

i spoke to a person on the phone to see if they had the screen before i went there. I live in Weaverville. they said they did. i got there in a hour . When there i was told that the last screen was sold 10 mins before I got there. it was the last one!!! I had to call the next day to see if delivery came.It did. I asked if I had to pay for one of the screens since I was from Weaverville an had to drive there. No he said we will hold one. My screen was shattered and could not really see anything on phone. as a business owner this is really a huge dent in ones function of business. I drove there and they fixed in an hour!!! I sent my son there to have a broken iPhone 6 screen replaced. The screen was replaced with a used screen which did not last but about 3 months. I then took it to the Apple Store in Charleston and was told because iScreeFix did not use Apple approved parts so that totally voided the warranty. Had they used approved parts I could have least paid the $342.00 replacement price and Apple and got a phone that worked. Now my son has an iPhone 6 that is worthless. read more

What a joke. I took my iPhone in to be repaired. They put a new screen on it. It had a small dark spot in the lower left corner- no big deal, I know some cheap replacement screens have some flaws but I could live with it. What I couldn't live with, was when I put it to my face, the sensor wouldn't make the screen go black, causing me to bump the mute button all the time. A REALY PAIN. Even then, I've replaced about 10 iPhone screens and know that sometimes you don't get the little sensor in just right or it comes loose. No Problem, I'll fix it myself- besides, I'm 8 hrs away. When I opened it up is when it set me off. They literally, left out screws and the metal cover plates that hold connectors in place!!! That is shot-job work that only saved them 60 seconds. I took old parts I had from old phones and replaced all the metal brackets and screws. The phone is still goofy.....I wouldn't recommend them. I know how this works, they'll reply that they will contact me and resolve it or they'll blame me- it's just how it is. I tried to email their email on their website but it came back rejected.
