Well called them and got me in the same day. It was great to walk into computer place and not see pieces of computers all over the place. The gentleman that greeted and waited on me was polite and listened to my problem, he said he'd take a look at it and that it may be a virus but could be maybe the time had come for new computer. I suspect the later when I took it in. As it turned out after the ran through several tests, mine had meet its end, based on age etc. They felt a new one was the cheapest way to go, and that's what I did. My point is they were professional, prompt and I could not be happier with their service.
