He came by our home and checked our computer and verified this computer could not be upgraded to Windows 11. Previously, I had been receiving messages from Microsoft stating that problem. Greg made some recommendations of refurbished and new computers. We decided to purchase a new computer....wireless keyboard....and wireless mouse. Greg took our old computer to his shop.....cloned the information we had saved....and loaded onto the new unit. This process took only 3 days. Greg apologized for taking so long. However, due to the Windows 10 support ending....the shop was busy with other customers facing the same predicament as we were. Greg called and made an appointment to come install our new computer. All went well and the new computer is working wonderfully. Greg his team at True Blue Computers are AWESOME!!! They went about and beyond in getting our new home computer system up and running.
