I waited , he got it done, apologized for the time it took, hey , I just wanted it done right and knew Hal was my man. Picked it up today , 2 days after he called and said it was done, I had to go out of town and couldn't get it til 2-3 days after that. It was WELL WORTH the wait. He came by our home and checked our computer and verified this computer could not be upgraded to Windows 11. Previously, I had been receiving messages from Microsoft stating that problem. Greg made some recommendations of refurbished and new computers. We decided to purchase a new computer....wireless keyboard....and wireless mouse. Greg took our old computer to his shop.....cloned the information we had saved....and loaded onto the new unit. This process took only 3 days. Greg apologized for taking so long. However, due to the Windows 10 support ending....the shop was busy with other customers facing the same predicament as we were. Greg called and made an appointment to come install our new computer.
