I have used Not That Tech Savvy many times, so DO NOT let the name fool you. If you're having iPhone issues, this is the guy to call. Brandon diagnosed the problem with my phone quickly and had it fixed in no time. Super efficient, incredibly affordable, and completely dependable. What really impressed me was how fast he responds--he got back to me within 10 minutes, even after normal business hours. He even went out of his way to meet me after hours to make sure my phone was taken care of. Customer service like this is rare. Highly recommend! read more

When you make problems go away as Brandon did - you'll be my hero for life! I own a condo in Cherry Grove and my renters weren't happy they did't have internet or working tvs upon their arrival. My wireless router apparently had died. I blindly started making calls at 10p Monday and made contact with "Not That Tech Savvy". Tuesday at 11a Brandon was securing a new wireless router and heading to my condo. Install went great, tvs got programmed with the new network and password info - he even reprogrammed my thermostat. When you're 250 miles away from a problem it's a hard hill to climb - Brandon made it a walk in the park! **PROCEED AT YOUR OWN RISK ** iPhone 14 Pro Really didn't want to do this but here I am doing it. BE VERY AWARE that this place lacks integrity & basic customer service skills. ALWAYS PAY WITH A CREDIT CARD!! After taking my phone for a cracked screen repair, my ability to use facial recognition was broken. It worked perfectly fine when it was cracked & suddenly stopped after it was "repaired." I rely heavily on my phone & use facial recognition for work among other things. I was told the sensor "coincidently" went bad at the same time. My front camera is foggy as well. I was misled & made to believe the part was a genuine Apple part; IT IS NOT. $450 for a part that isn't genuine or a place that cannot fulfill their promises. The reality is, this company is NOT authorized to repair Apple products. HOWEVER, they don't disclose that, they just charge you inflated prices. I tried troubleshooting with the owner to no avail. After the owner asked me what I wanted to make it right, a brand new phone replacement?, THIS IS A BRAND NEW PHONE!!!, his condescending & rhetorical manner didn't sit right with me especially after I tried to reason with him & ask for a partial refund, but that was met with aggression & sheer lack of respect. I even asked him why he was taking such a brash tone with me when all I was trying to do was compromise & it was my phone he broke! I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company after not getting anywhere with them to then get another phone call from him almost a month later, asking for my screen back & threatening me by telling me the only way I would WIN my case is if I gave them back the screen they installed. So he's going to give me back my cracked screen? And that will suddenly fix what HE BROKE?! Unreasonable request. He stated that my credit card company, who essentially works for me, would not side with me unless I did what he asked. Comical yet sad. Rest assured I have zero issue giving back the product I paid for in exchange for my screen to work, but my brand new phone is now broken & giving back the screen is not only asinine, but it also WILL NOT fix what THEY BROKE! I'm still left with a broken phone. I took it in for repairs & was given back a foggy front camera & a main feature that no longer works. At the end of the day my case went to arbitration, which means an INDEPENDENT person reviewed the case notes & sided with me. He should've just refunded half of my money like I initially asked for & I would've dealt with the consequences of choosing the wrong company to repair my product. I have no issue paying for convenience & time, I do have an issue paying for a service that was not completed & left me with a broken product. I also have an issue with someone who is condescending , lacks respect, and resorts to passive aggressive ways to try & get his way. He may be great at other repairs, but I'm telling you that my personal experience was terrible. The company lacks accountability for not being able to service properly & uses aggressive tactics to try & scare you into caving in. So no matter what his response to this review is, I gain nothing from lying & will show you proof with the pictures below. I don't buy a new phone every yr etc., but now I'm forced to get a new phone much earlier than anticipated. My fault for not doing my due diligence in vetting this company. Don't make the same mistake. read more

He came by our home and checked our computer and verified this computer could not be upgraded to Windows 11. Previously, I had been receiving messages from Microsoft stating that problem. Greg made some recommendations of refurbished and new computers. We decided to purchase a new computer....wireless keyboard....and wireless mouse. Greg took our old computer to his shop.....cloned the information we had saved....and loaded onto the new unit. This process took only 3 days. Greg apologized for taking so long. However, due to the Windows 10 support ending....the shop was busy with other customers facing the same predicament as we were. Greg called and made an appointment to come install our new computer. All went well and the new computer is working wonderfully. Greg his team at True Blue Computers are AWESOME!!! They went about and beyond in getting our new home computer system up and running. I…read morehave built many computers, for gaming and other purposes, and the last one I did was having issues that I had never come across before. I did a simple google search and found the closest "repair" shop to my home, and took it there, hoping a fresh eye could find something I had missed after countless hours looking at forums and googling error codes. Not only did he not actually fix any of the issues, he apparently messed with the wiring in my fans, and messed those up as well, which I had had zero issues with before this point. Now, they are only intermittently being registered by the software, and are having issues with the RGB and speeds. I took my PC to another shop, and they diagnosed my PC as having a bad processor, and a corrupt operating system. Something you would think an actual computer repair shop would quickly see. After I supplied a new processor that I had, and they repaired the OS, my pc has been performing beautifully. When I confronted this shop and asked for a refund, as they had obviously done nothing that I had brought the computer to the shop for them to do, I was basically told to shove it, as they had "spent the hours" and that "they couldn't justify it". avoid. This place is a scam, rude, and they wont fix your pc if you're having above average user issues.
