He came by our home and checked our computer and verified this computer could not be upgraded to Windows 11. Previously, I had been receiving messages from Microsoft stating that problem. Greg made some recommendations of refurbished and new computers. We decided to purchase a new computer....wireless keyboard....and wireless mouse. Greg took our old computer to his shop.....cloned the information we had saved....and loaded onto the new unit. This process took only 3 days. Greg apologized for taking so long. However, due to the Windows 10 support ending....the shop was busy with other customers facing the same predicament as we were. Greg called and made an appointment to come install our new computer. All went well and the new computer is working wonderfully. Greg his team at True Blue Computers are AWESOME!!! They went about and beyond in getting our new home computer system up and running. I assure anyone you can trust on dependable service from True Blue. They are honest and dependable. I highly recommend True Blue Computers.

My brother needed a new speaker for his iPhone 12 ProMax. We took it to Best Buy. They said it…read morewould cost $89 and it would take 45 minutes but we'd have to make an appointment. We took it back the next day for the repair. They couldn't fix it, didn't have the part, and said we'd have to wait for them to order the part from Apple (a week to ten days) and that Apple forced Best Buy to hold the phone all that time because they feared we wouldn't actually buy the speaker. Let me just say the Geek Squad is going downhill very fast and we took the phone back. Still inside Best Buy I started googling, I called a local business who quoted me $199. I moved on to the next local listing, the Cell Phone Doctor.. They were closed, but I left a message and was awakened the next morning by a return call from Bill (Moore), the Cell Phone Doctor. I was already surprised! He quoted me $50 for a new speaker or $35 if he could just take the back off and clean it. Well that was certainly worth a shot! Next day we went to the Cell Phone Doctor (located in Surfside Beach inside JerriBob's Pack and Ship) who took the phone for about 5 minutes then handed it back and said, "How does this sound?" OMG!! The sound was like new!! We were all thrilled!! When we went to leave, we learned that he didn't;t even charge us, because he didn't even have to take the back off. Just cleaned it from the outside. I had to buy a new iPad because The Geek Squad couldn't figure out why my iPad had stopped working either - ! And even though I have a new one, I can hardly wait to bring my old one to Bill, The Cell Phone Doctor!! I'll bet he can fix it!! (And I don't think it's too late to bring it back!!) I have definitely found my new go-to phone / iPad guy! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BILL MOORE, THE CELL PHONE DOCTOR!! And his business card says he does "screens, Batteries, Charging ports, Board Repair and much more"!!
