I have an iPhone 8plus and dropped it on the sidewalk during my afternoon walk, shattered the screen front & back ! I called around to the numerous repair shops in the area for pricing and then I called A1Cell4U on seaboard st & the person that answered was very courteous and informative and quoted me a price that was reasonably priced & much cheaper then their competitors! The check in process was fast an easy & the secretary was courteous & knowledgeable , their techs were experienced & thorough. I was even able to wait while it was being repaired, whole process took only a hour and a half at the most! I was very pleased with the entire experience. I called these guys and they were very rude and unprofessional. I went to the BBB website and noticed that the "President" of this shady company was named Alfred BELCHER. It angered me that in many places on the web, A1 has written great reviews about themselves as fake reviews from "Mark BELCHER" and I suspect that this company is writing their own 5 star reviews to make their image look better than they really are. I will not use this company. This is not what the internet reviews were supposed to be for. Is this "Mark Belcher" fake person his fake alter ego Wishing he had good reviews????? Is it his son? Very bad place. Every time that I had to contact them they hung up on me and I would feel frustrated and annoyed. Every person who answers the phone there sounds like they are doing you a favor by talking to you. There is an attitude at their shop that you are bothering them when you call just to inquire about the status of your tv, especially since they keep you in the dark about what is going on for months and say that they can't make any promises. In my case, they didn't even fix the problem and our tv was returned in worse shape than it was before. Having to deal with them during the months that they were servicing my tv was unnecessarily frustrating. Don't call them. read more

This place is amazing ! My phone broke due to a cracked screen on day 1 of vacation ( of course). The screen had been cracked for several weeks so I wasn't sure if the new problems were caused by this or not but the phone wouldn't function at all. I looked on line for a nearby repair business on a Saturday. Showed up there without an appointment. They not only checked my phone put to make sure that a new screen would solve my problem but had it repaired and ready to pick up before we got done with lunch ! When I got there he gave me a HUGE discount because the only screen he had to fit my older iPhone was slightly imperfect. ( I can't even tell ). Def recommend !!! read more

I brought in my custom gaming PC which was having issues. A-1's amazing technicians quickly began looking at it for me. They quickly determined what was causing the problem. The problem turned out to be a faulty hard drive which is not hard to repair. They told me it would be cheaper to fix the issue myself and would cost more for them to do it. I have always had quick and knowledgeable work done at A-1 and their techs are top notch. They are always upfront about cost and really look to help their customers. My husbands iPhone 8 had a shattered back and cracked screen. I had called at least 8 different cell repair places in Myrtle Beach and no one had the glass back in store and would take at least a week to get one in. I rarely ever drop my phone and usual always have it in a case!! I ended up spilling soda on it took the case off and Bam smashed screen.. A1 was available to look at it within the same day and gave me a reasonable price!! They also recommended tempered glass which I thought was very thoughtful!! Will definitely be back!
