I buy a new chair every year from the store because I'm looking for a particular chair that's difficult to find and thankfully they have it. I was greeted by the Assistant Manager, Melissa, and explained my issue. Melissa was very patient and genuinely concerned about customer satisfaction. After examining my beach chair Melissa had a brief conversation with the owner, Janel White, and I was immediately provided with a new chair...no hassles, no back and forth posturing. In closing, many other businesses would have refused to take any action on the customer's behalf and that would have been it. He checked his database of customer names, found me - and said that at 3:30 PM his technicians would be on site. AND THEY WERE!. (Here at the beach, that's not the norm for some contractors). The techs were in and out in half an hour. They identified the configuration issue, added an analog audio cable and were gone.
