    Associate at computer not helping a full lobby of people.  Been standing there over an hour.

    Lobby full with people waiting for over an hour meanwhile this guy been standing at his computer the whole time not helping anyone. Only 1 associate helping customers lol ridiculous.

    We have been having issues with our internet running very slow for a while now. This is very irritating since we switched from Hawaiiantel to Spectrum for the faster internet. My husband called and they tried some troubleshooting over the phone which did not work so they came to the conclusion that we needed to switch out our router. We came in and there were 4 people ahead of us. We waited and waited and waited...you get my point. We finally got to the point where we were supposed to be next in line then another name mysteriously appeared in front of us. When the associate called that person my husband asked why he was called ahead of us and was told the man had an appointment. Why wouldn't the person that assisted my husband the night before make an appointment for him? Overall poor customer service and communication by Spectrum!

    Took over 40 minutes just to return equipment. There was a lady in back that kept popping out, but did nothing to help move the line.

    Customer service terrible. Felt like I was a nuisance and stupid. will call for a technician to come over next time. They are usually nice.

However, when I requested my satellite dishes be relocated (from rooftop to ground) due to significant rust on the supports this was the beginning of the end of our customer loyalty. The two new in-ground posts were not secured properly (at the top) and the poles/dishes moved significantly with slight wind. Random cable placement along the side of the house looked ridiculous. Excess cable (approx 3-5') was loose and stuffed behind the pole-top dish mount and the satellite reception was never obtained - no TV for 5 days. The old, rusted satellite dishes were left on the rooftop - technician stated that I needed to call-in a separate work order to have them removed to which I replied "that was my original work request". I pleaded with the technician to remove the old dishes due to safety concerns - he relented and removed the dishes but left the rusted mounts and bolts on top of the roof. The first call to customer Svc / CS that same day ended with "we'll have a technician back there tomorrow". After a no-show the following day the second call to CS was further frustrating w the CS agent stating "we have no record of your previous call". The technician actions along w the CS drama led to a 'no choice' decision - cancellation of DISH service. As of this writing we're still awaiting our $200+ reimbursement- all receivers and equipment were mailed back in June and received (tracked). Unprofessional and unacceptable customer support and service. I gotta say it (DISH) was fun while it lasted.

    This is a condensed version of my experience with E&A 808 Repair…read more My Dell laptop that cost me over $2,000. only needed a CPU fan, so I called this business and October 24 2025, Eric picked my computer up from the house and I gave him the nonrefundable $100. in cash as per his terms. I asked him to be careful with my PC as it was in perfect condition as he put it in the back of his vehicle on top and among other PCs and things to my disbelief. When he brought it back November 5, 2025, I gave him $109. in cash and asked for a receipt. I discovered the next day that the new fan made a lot of noise so I called him and November 17 he picked the computer up from the house. Again I asked him to be careful with it but it went back into his vehicle on top of PCs and things. November 24th he returned it, handed it to me and drove off. I went inside turned it on and not only did the fan still make the same noise, I got one critical message after another and could not get the laptop to load up. I called Eric immediately and said I just want you to know that I just turned my computer on and I am getting one critical message after another and it will not load up/turn on and I don't want to talk right now as I am very upset/angry about losing my computer and I hung up. Eric called back and I picked up and said the same thing and hung up. He called again and I did not pick up and he left a threatening message and repeated it 3 times. He said that I was rude and not a nice person and I was not to contact his company ever again or he would call the police and press charges for harassment and would never do work for me again. How convenient to ruin my expensive laptop both physically and mechanically and get $209. in cash and then renege on his 6 months warranty and threaten me! For the record I always treated Eric with respect and never used vulgar/foul language even when he ruined my PC. He always seemed to be on edge and ready to argue as I bit my tongue numerous times to avoid arguing on what he said or how he said something, he was consistently late on pick up/drop off, he does not take care of or respect customer's PCs from what I saw and experienced as he piled them in the back of his vehicle without any padding/protection. He scratched and scuffed up the outer case of my Dell laptop that was in perfect condition in which I was not able to get them out. He had my computer tied up for a month when he told me the replacement fan would only take a few days. I have tried to keep this short but there is so much more. Please read ALL the reviews on Yelp and the BBB before deciding on a business to repair your electronics and I would recommend a company that is BBB accredited.

They are horrible and the service is the worst…read more My receiver has been automatically rebooting itself several times a day, each time it leaves my tv useless for about a good 15 minutes. It's so frustrating! I've called customer service and constantly get transferred so each time I speak with a different agent, I'm retelling my problem over and over again. They eventually sent a technician to take a look, but he takes one look at my satellite dish and tells me that it's an old model and he can't perform any services without replacing the dish to a newer model first. But get this!! He could add the new dish to my roof but he can't remove my current dish!! What the hell am I suppose to do with 2 dishes?? Why would I want more holes drilled into my roof?? I asked him to leave because it's quite obvious he was wasting my time. I called customer service again to gripe and they said they'd send me a new receiver to see if that'd fix my problems, but that I'd have to handle the installation by myself and drop off my current receiver to FedEx. No apologies, no remorse, no understand, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had to argue to get some sort of credit on my account, and to make matters worse, they would offer me credit only if I signed on for another 2 year contract! WTF! I'm done. I'm switching. Don't fall for their BS. Learn from my mistake. They'd get "0" stars if I could.

My dad got Direct TV service without consulting me and at the end of it all, Direct TV has lived up to the nightmare stories I have heard. And as a current DirectTV customer, I will say the customer service is horrible. Happy to put the dish on there but when it comes time to take it off you will get the run around - literally. My dad spent hours between Texas and the Philippines trying to get the local office or provider. Never happened instead he was transferred back and forward. We are moving and Direct TV said they cannot take the dish off - the new rental person has to say they want don't want it and then they'll take it off. ???? We are paying for 2 months of no service to complete the contract even though the homeowner's association said dishes are not allowed. Direct TV's response was "we have a way around that." Really ???!? We don't have time for such nonsense. People really save yourself the heartache and money. Keep a sharp eye out for your Kupuna - don't let them get suckered. This company has no problem saying no to a grandpa for hours who was just asking for some local service.

The ordering process was so easy, and now I'm literally obsessed. They're perfect for vlogging and capturing exactly what I see through my own eyes. The picture quality is so good. And can we talk about T-Mobile Tuesdays real quick? Because I swear, being a loyal customer pays off. Most recently, I came in to ask about T-Mobile Home Wi-Fi. Although my address wasn't technically on the approved list, Sarah found a way to make it work for me. She was kind, patient (even with my toddler!), and got me the best deal possible. I really appreciated her effort and honesty. Also, happened to come in on a day they were giving away free swag for existing customers and got a free bbq grill spatula. Crazy awesome service today! I'm a happy customer!
