    In the middle of a pandemic, Spectrum has the nerve to increase prices for cable TV. No wonder people are cutting the cable!

    My internet "connection" which i pay $45 a month is a joke! I can hardly watch movies on netflix or on-demand! Customer "service" sucks!

Mine there told me it would be $200 +75 labor, and this was in line with what I was seeing the prices were online. I want to first give a kudos for Mike NOT charging that bullshit transaction fee that so many places are starting to do. So good on Mike for that one. The install job he did itself was great but there was a significant problem: this new screen was a generic 3rd party screen that was significantly smaller in size and noticeable because the S22 and up from Samsung have a semi curved edge that gives the phone a unique look. This was not the case with this new screen. Also this screen is incapable of producing 120hz even though the phone setting will still say that it's on. I mentioned this to Mike and I'm not trying to verbally beat the guy up in this review but he did get defensive and dismissive about it. I showed him side by side two identical phones (the one having this generic screen) the difference between 60hz and 120hz. He really wasn't interested. In the end I just requested that he puts the old cracked screen back on and I reluctantly had to make him a deal where he'd get this sub par screen back and keep $40 out of all this. So he did refund the money and losing out $40 was still better than making a civil case out of this. But I'm just left wondering how someone who works on screens doesn't know the difference in screen refresh rates.

Customer service was friendly and attentive. MY APPLE STORE EXPERIENCE -- I visited Apple to inquire about upgrading my iPhone 11 to a newer phone. The male employee who assisted me was friendly but I did have to ask him a lot of questions. He also didn't know a few things which is fine because he asked a manager to answer my questions. Also, Apple, at that time, had very few deals on trading in old phones to get a new phone, so I left sad (haha). Granted, my iPhone 11, had a badly cracked front screen (LOL). Also, trading-in an older iPhone model will only get you $20-$45 off a new phone which is not much at all. After leaving Apple, I went to a local Verizon store where I was able to surprisingly get the brand new iPhone (the iPhone 16) at $830 off just for trading in my old iPhone 11. Verizon currently appears to have the best deals out of all phone carriers. If you are looking for a new iPhone, Verizon is currently accepting any old phone, at any condition, as a trade-in offer. So, you'll get your new cell phone paid off in 2 years - Verizon will take money off your bill every month until the phone is paid off. I still got to keep my regular monthly bill and infact, my new plan is now cheaper with a new phone because I did not add the Verizon insurance. I eventually added AppleCare+ to my phone incase of any accidental damage or theft/loss. I also have an extra $5 or $10 off my Verizon bill with auto-pay. Overall, I had no issues while visiting because I just came to ask a quick inquiry. If you want better deals then I don't suggest visiting Apple because mostly everything is at full price. Go to your phone carrier instead such as Verizon or TMobile for discounts. I was passed of to several different people and finally was able to get a knowledgeable technician but he was working with several other people and technical staff constantly asking him other question. After the diagnostic tests, it was determined the motherboard was faulty and would cost $400-600.00 for the repair but it might be other aspect, he never checked the actual battery which was what I was asking about. I told him, I just got this iPhone 12 Pro from Amazon several days ago. This technical support person said he sent me an email but when I checked my backup iPhone 5+, (I was upgrading to Apple 12 Pro) email was never sent and he was only interested in selling the newest iPhone 17 and i felt like this support was not enough for me, because he was constantly working with everyone else but me. I was observing other Apple customers who had purchased new devices and these iPhones were experiencing the same problems I had with iPhone 12 Pro. Not a happy customer service experience. I know from Apple newest IOS 26 release has caused major issues which was on my new IPhone 12Pro which could be why it never worked to begin with and battery was never mentioned to me if it was working or not. I contacted Amazon and returning the defective Apple 12 Pro. Luckily, my old iPhone 8 + is still working but I had to get a new SIM card at T Mobile. Why is Apple constantly updating their IOS with terrible updates which are causing me and many others issue? I cannot update past 16 IOS and the IOS 17 updates are on most of my Apps which is terrible. I had to backup my iPhone 5 + via ICloud. website because I can't get into Apple Store, or many other app.
