Just bizarre.... Whom I assume is an employee of the store, approached the counter where I was standing. Hair down to his mid-waist, fingernails nails I would estimate that 4 to 5 inches in length. This is the impression Verizon is making on me, which is a tad scary and a lot off-putting. He then pointed to an intern whom he advised was an intern who had absolutely no authority whatsoever, and, consequently, there was no point in talking to her. I am on a business account with my nephew's business, and, after advising this impressive Verizon employee (8 years of experience he informed me) )immediately advised me that he was not authorized to communicate with me. He then turns his back to me, walks away, and telephones my nephew. My nephew and I were not impressed. I then grabbed my phone(my problem was a crack in the front cover) and left the store. Verizon simply must not be interested in over-the-counter business in small retail. Absolutely disturbing. read more

Travis is the owner and a great guy. He helped me go through my bill to find some nice savings. They helped me return a phone that I didn't need anymore and I was able to receive back my full purchase price. Kenneth is also a great resource there as he helped talk me through a SIM card reset and we are friendly now after a short rift that was mostly my own fault as the consumer. Overall this location is convenient and always a great visit. Anyone that says otherwise is dead to me. read more

I have purchased 6 or 7 phones here for my spouse and kids over the last 6 years from this Verizon retailer. They have always given me great service and I've never felt pressure for upsell. They do promote the phone accessories but it's never been high pressure. One time I was going to purchase a phone through Verizon website but it was so confusing plus I had concerns about transferring everything over from old phone to new phone. I know I know you should just be able to backup to ICloud but it never works. The people at the store always handle this process so I don't need to mess with it. I have visited this location many times. Zach has helped me trouble a problem that was not very often seen. He fixated the problem and was kind and courteous. On any visit he helped my son purchase a phone and gave outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this location and Zach . Like no other Verizon store I have ever visited. I had An amazing experience! The one employee named Noah stayed 30 minutes after closing time to help my mom and I with our phone problem. They were not busy and were not rude one bit! And helped my mom adjust from her old phone to her new one. The 20 minute drive is worth it! There hours are very good! My mom and I will be returning again! read more

Every time I come here I have a terrible time. It takes hours for them to do the simplest of things. Once they gave me a bad phone that didn't work to begin with and when I went to get it exchanged they gave me trouble, not believing there to be a problem. When they realized that the phone was broken it took them a very long time to get and set up the new phone. It took 3 days in total to finally get the new phone. read more

We had a bad experience as soon as we walked in. I wanted an iphone 7 plus. The gentlemen who came to us asked which one. I told him rose gold. He was unable to show me the phone before purchasing it to see if I liked the color and that it needed to be bought first. He brings it out and the package was OPENED! We were not told right away that the phone was previously bought! He asked us about our plan and we stated we had the 8gig plan and wanted to increase it. All he offered was the unlimited plan which we found out after leaving that Verizon has a 16 gig plan! We never said to him that we wanted to move up to unlimited! He then stated he needed to do something to the phone and stepped to the back. He then asked one if the other guys working to step back with him. He came out and stated that the phone was bought and returned not even 24 hours ago. He did not look anything up to confirm that. I feel like if the phone was not locked by the previous owner the salesman would have given us the phone without stating it was previously owned! We told him that we were not interested in a used phone. He kept trying to push this USED phone on us and not even stating any kind of discount for it being returned. We declined the sale and told him we were not interested and we left. While we were driving away my husband got a text that our plan was changed. This salesman changed our plan to unlimited WITHOUT our permission. I will never go back to this place! read more

We've been going to this retailer for several years, and always had a pretty good experience but on our most recent trip to up grade my daughters phone I was not pleased. After selecting a phone they asked if she wanted her data transferred. She is able to to it herself but we said sure, why not. My husband and I had up graded 4 months earlier and they did the same for us. The next day I was looking at all the receipts and paperwork and saw a $15 charge for "Ready? Go! Package". I called the store and asked what this was as it was not something we had purchased or discussed. I was told it was a fee for transferring the data to the new phone. When I protested that this was not disclosed and they have never charged this fee before I was told that's what they do now and they would not refund the fee. I called Verizon and they told me to go back to the store and tell them this is not an authorized fee--Verizon had never even heard of it, and to refund my money. I went back to the store and they begrudgingly refunded the money. When I questioned them again about not disclosing it they made excuses about not knowing why it wasn't and the sales people should have told me, etc., etc. Then they said they had to implement it because they have a lot of elderly customers who can't do it themselves and it takes too much time off the sales floor. Wow, beware if you're elderly or not tech savvy! I also have to say that while we waited for them to transfer the data they continued to answer the phone and talk to customers, so much for having to be off the sales floor. Just beware of yet another cash grab at this store. read more
