I ended up going to Boost Mobile, they said go to Walmart and purchase a $20 prepaid Boost phone, return to Boost and activate the phone and it will be $15 per month for unlimited talk and text. I ended up paying hundreds of dollars to Verizon, unsatisfactory customer service, had to buy a new phone and still have not been able to close the Verizon account. TERRIBLE customer service. DIFFICULT to work with. UNETHICAL salesmanship both on the part of Verizon and Walmart.

She was unable to help me and instead of asking for help from a supervisor, she kept insisting it was impossible. I had to ask her multiple times to please contact someone else and when she finally did she very ungraciously directed me to another store. All the time insisting that it was not her job to help me. This was the worst customer service experience of my life and if I wasn't a loyal AT&T customer I would have dropped all my services on the spot.
