I took my neighbor there. He had bought batteries to run his scooter. He is partially paralyzed and uses the scooter to go places. The batteries were not charging so he called them. Kirk employee told him to bring the batteries in so they can test them overnight to see if the problem was the batteries or his scooter.so we dropped the batteries off. Two days later they said the batteries were bad. They said come in and we will exchange them for free. Free replacement and I think the warranty period had ended. Great service and prices and availability is excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff. I would recommend to anyone. My friend Jack was so grateful for their service. read more

The price here is about half the price of a battery from auto-zone. I was super pleased with the cost and they will replace your battery for you for a $15 service charge which I appreciated the convenience. I was in and out of here within 15-20 minutes which is amazing. read more

I needed a motorcycle battery fast and these guys had the battery I needed already charged! They were super-friendly and the price was cheaper than a chain auto parts store. It's a little challenging to find if you don't know how to get to Train Ave, but you can get there easily off of W53rd St just south of Lorain and I-90. read more

Great, knowledgeable staff. This is the place to go for all your battery needs but certainly if you are trying to get that hard to find powersports battery. Lots of International batteries to choose from. read more

I have been going to Kirk battery for years.. Don't even waste your time and energy going anywhere else. Forget any of the auto parts stores, Walmart's, or whatever. The guys couldn't be any friendlier or more helpfull. I've bought car, bike, and jet ski batteries for all my vehicles throughout the years. You can't beat an interstate battery in my opinion.They also offer cheaper alternatives if you're on a budget. You'd be a fool not to go to Kirk battery. P.S. I DON'T work for Kirk battery. read more

I just came in there 45 mins ago to exchange a dead battery you sold me yesterday…read more You took out a new battery, hooked it up to a voltmeter and it read 11.8. Assuming that meant it was good enough, I brought it home. I put it into the scooter and could immediately tell that battery wasn't fully charged. The battery didn't even power on the lights on the scooter. I'm not coming back. I'm reversing the charge on the credit card. I've made two trips to your store and you screwed me twice. This is why we go to big name vendors and pay the extra amount.
