I just came in there 45 mins ago to exchange a dead battery you sold me yesterday. You took out a new battery, hooked it up to a voltmeter and it read 11.8. Assuming that meant it was good enough, I brought it home. I put it into the scooter and could immediately tell that battery wasn't fully charged. The battery didn't even power on the lights on the scooter. I'm not coming back. I'm reversing the charge on the credit card. I've made two trips to your store and you screwed me twice. This is why we go to big name vendors and pay the extra amount. read more

Great service and prices and availability is excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff. I would recommend to anyone. My friend Jack was so grateful for their service.
