My husband has fond memories of Micro Center from when we lived in a different state, and where we currently live in Pittsburgh, we have no Micro Center. Therefore, he drove to this store in Cleveland to shop. He purchased an Alienware gaming monitor, a monitor arm, a Seagate hard drive, a mouse, and a screwdriver set. He said that the store had a sale so the prices were reasonable. He has used these products for about two weeks now, and he feels happy with their quality.

Store Appearance/Stock: This store is well organized and clean. The women's clothing area sometimes runs low on inventory. It's true for any Target stores lately. Order pickups: While I love to wander at Target, time often doesn't allow me to. I place a lot of in-store pickup orders here. Usually for clothing or personal care items. My last order was for tennis balls (for physical therapy) and summer dress. The items are always found (even when low stock) and orders quickly available. The transactions for pickups are considerably more efficient than other Target locations. Service: This store has the most pleasant service out of all East Side Targets. Parking: Plenty of parking specifically for Target and in the plaza. Watch out for speed bumps in certain crosswalk areas of the plaza. Overall, I'd recommend this location. It's suitable for a quick shopping trip. Convenient for shopping, pick-ups, and returns. Lately, I have noticed reduced foot traffic which I personally love for speedy shopping trips. I took my car in so they could install a remote starter. I already had a lock/unlock function on my key fob but wanted the remote start function. When I got my car back and received my keys, I naturally asked where my lock/unlock functions were on the new key fob. They told me that it would be an extra $40. The problem is, no one told me that it would be extra to have that function. A good business who cares about their customers would have seen that I had that function on my fob and told me about the charge in order to keep the lock/unlock feature and be happy with the service. Instead, I received an apology. I received no discount. They insist that I pay full price and act like there's nothing they can do about it. Whenever I call them, the manager is always conveniently busy. I live far away and can't call off work just to get this done. Simple customer service goes a long way; it can make or break a business. They've got a lot to learn about how to rectify their mistakes.
