I hate to leave this review because they have such great reviews. All the reviews I have seen were related to car installations. I took my can am spyder here to have the speakers updated in late 10/2024. When I picked it up I was happy with the sound rode it twice and put it up for the winter. In the spring I took it out of storage and found the sound to be crackling. Figured it was my blue tooth connection and within 2 months the speakers went out completely. Took it in for appointment and was ignored for a week and a half without it being looked at. Picked up and they said the speakers had blown and they replaced it. Took it home and a couple days later the same thing. Took it back and adjusted the amp and told me not to go over 50% on volume.. sound still crackling. After 3 visits there I am stuck trying to find to install a new system and it isn't even a year old yet. read more

They are top notch professionals who know exactly what they are doing. I was very impressed with how they went about the installation especially the preparation. I purchased an Android Head Unit and needed it installed correctly. They didn't complain about me purchasing a unit online like some of the other shops did. They didn't speak to me like I was a kid who would hold them responsible for the unit itself. Some people had problems installing this particular radio because of the wiring but Bryan installed it without any issues. My old car now even has a USB charging port installed neatly in the dash where a plug existed. Great Job !!!!! read more

FORGET BEST BUY- I badly needed to update my system, and it was involved....steering wheel controls, back up camera, new ports, etc. I wanted to make sure I went to someone who really knew what they were doing. Not only was my stereo expertly installed, but Bryan went over everything with me and made sure I knew exactly how to work every button, every app, every system. I never felt talked down to, or that he had other things to be doing. He's a nice guy who knows his business. After dealing with Best Buy in the purchasing process of my cars audio equipment I became a bit worried about the competency of their install. I had a date scheduled for a day away with them and had prepaid but decided to look around first. First thing that I saw was this shops awesome reviews that weren't just "they're awesome" but detailed their attention to detail and skill. I called and talked to Brian (I called 5 times in 15 min and he didn't get annoyed with me) and I brought my car in that day. As a very detail oriented person I can honestly say this install is flawless. Rear view camera was mounted in a factory looking location, Sirius antenna mounted in the back of the roof like I asked to remain hidden etc. Brian and the crew here are legit car audio guys. Don't go somewhere where the people could care less about their reputation because they have a big name like Best Buy.
