Initially great service over the phone. My fiance was looking for a remote start system for her vehicle. They answered all of our questions over the phone, which prompted her to make an appointment to buy it and have them install it on the first phone call. She went to appointment and returned home simply pleased with Auto Sound. They do very professional, clean work at very reasonable prices. We are very picky about our vehicles and who works on them, so when she came home overly happy with Auto Sound, I knew we landed a homerun. Warning! Warning! Warning! Do not go to Auto Sound Security. I took my Kia Sorrento there to have a power invert-er installed; so I could charge my laptop while on the road. I am new to the area; and just picked Auto Sound Security because it was the closest. BIG MISTAKE The install time was estimated to be 2 hours; so I waited in the store. I watched customer after customer come in complaining about work done by Auto Sound Security that was bad. A couple of the customers were told to take their vehicle to the dealer for their problems. We all know how expensive dealer work is these days. I truly did not see one customer that was not complaining. NOT ONE. The staff: the manger was polite; although, the rest of the staff was HORRIBLE. Finally, when my Kia was done 45 minutes late; I paid and left for home. To my surprise; when I turned on my factory CD system for music, it was no longer working. It will not play any of the 6 CD's in the deck. I have never had one problem with the CD player since I bought the SUV. So now; after spending $220 in labor to install the inverter, I now have a $1,200 factory head unit that needs replaced. I am seriously considering filing a law suit on those clowns! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THEM; YOU WILL BE SORRY! read more

Do not go to this place I had them do a complete system in my 2016 SS Camaro and they were supposed to run all new wiring to the speakers and they did not they tapped into my factory speakers and used those wires but charged me for the new wire and labor and I cannot prove on camera that they were joyriding my car but when I got it home I went to wash it and found a ton of rubber underneath the back of it so somebody was joy riding my car and did a big burn out the customer service is terrible and the owner is very unprofessional! read more

First contact was with Ralph, he was very knowledgeable about my replacement choice and what it would take to put it in my Subaru. The install went smoothly and the estimate was right on. I recently moved to the Cleveland area from California and had a stereo installed in my car just prior to the move. The original installation ended up being faulty, but the guys at Auto Sound made it right and were very reasonable in terms of price, especially considering how long they had the car at their shop. I can honestly say it was a pleasure doing business with Craig. He got me a great system, fair price, fast install and came out to my office to take care of a dial that was loosened in my dash then threw in a 3.5 mm male/male cable for the inconvenience.
