As I sit in the waiting room (45 minutes before they close) for them to start on my car, I figured I'd write a review. This is my third time here and each time is a little more "why the hell did I come back" than the last. They do decent enough work. But the customer service is just non existent. Appointments are meaningless. And it takes all day (literally 11 hours) to get some basic stuff done. Dropped my car off at 9:30am last week for a headlight install it was finally done at 4:30pm. Yup, my appointment was for 10am. Time before that I made a 10am appt for a stereo and remote start. Car was finally done around 9pm. I probably called 4 times to see if it was almost done, each time getting "should be about another half hour." Anyhow... If you've got someplace to be, you might want to look elsewhere. If you don't mind dropping your car off for 6-7 hours before they even look at it, this is the place for you. Keep in mind they work on cars well past the 5:30pm close. So if it's not done by 5, it could still be a while. As I finish my review, I still haven't been acknowledged for even being here. They close in about 35 minutes and my "half hour install" probably won't be done before dinner. So I'm going to head out. Again, customer service is non existent. read more

I just picked up my second vehicle In which I had Safe Auto Systems (SAS)of Parma install a front and rear dash cam. I took my new car there because I was so pleased with how well they installed the dash cam in my previous car. I was delighted with the results again! I love having dash cams for security but hate the dangling cables. SAS does the job so well you would think it was a factory installation. Everything is perfectly aligned. I left my car the night before and picked it up the next day. The price, in my opinion, is very reasonable for doing such great work. Tim Beck and his team are masters at doing these installations. They also install a wide variety of other components into cars and I wouldn't hesitate to use them if I wanted something else installed. I had Tim do a couple of after market projects and he was reasonably priced and had I had no issues with his work. April of 2021 I paid him 300.00 plus to install a cd player in my car. After he installed it and that took about half a hour, he said to let him know if I had any issues. Well on my way home right away it didn't work and said reading file error, I called right then and he said I had to make another appointment to bring it back so I did but it was 2 weeks later, but he never showed up to the shop and never called to cancel. I again had to reschedule another 2 plus weeks out and again he didn't show up. Now I always liked Tim and think he really is a good guy but he doesn't have the time or help to take on as much as his does. So after numerous texts and asking for my money back if he can't fix it (which he took out the cd player, so I have nothing for my money) we worked out another deal but again no product. I texted 12/2/2021 and said I wrote this off since I haven't had any more response's from him since 8/25/2021. Tim takes on way too much to help everyone out the best he can, but I was put on the back burner to help other customers and my issue was never resolved. read more

Just had the Mobileye ME 630 installed in my Prius. These guys are great. Appt was not too early so no getting up in the dark to drive to Cleveland and get system in. They ran into a few problems because the only Prius of my year Mobileye had in their computer was a right hand drive, not installers fault and he made sure they updated. All I can say is WOW !!! I drove new cars with factory systems that didn't impress me as much as this one does. Obviously your first question is why did I drive all the way to Cleveland. The answer is because they install regularly with a major US delivery company. Sure, the install took a little longer than everyone expected, but no one said it's closing time, drive another 3 hours round trip to get your car !!! I highly recommend the system for elderly and mildly cognitively in-firmed. It gives you the extra security you want with delay times on lane departure, braking and collision avoidance. You know where I recommend you get it installed. read more

I purchased a car stereo, speakers, and in car DVD system on March 10 2014 with the agreed upon install date of March 24, 2014. By the end of the day my vehicle was not complete. I spoke with the install tech who stated that he didn't have the time, parts, or help to get it completed. When I spoke with Carol Beck, the owner she claimed to have non knowledge that the tech needed any of the things, even though he showed me several calls to her on the mobile phone throughout the day. The calls were made early enough in the day where had I been notified I could have made arrangements. So after all of this song and dance and repeated phone conversations with Carol Beck, we agreed to a $100 gas card as a good will gesture/compensation for my time and trouble. That was on March 26. Here it is now April 16 and I have yet to receive the card. I have spoken to Carol Beck on several occasions, repeated my address to her personally and to her voice mail several times and was told twice that the card "was in the mail". She assured me that she was a woman of her word and runs her business as a reflection of herself. Well I don't think that not following up on your agreements is honorable She claims to have integrity and be a person of good character but she has not displayed either during this. I would not recommend this company nor any company that does not stand by their word. read more
