A friend noticed a long crack on it one day which surprised me so I needed to get it fixed. I called C Auto Glass a day before to inquire about their windshield repair services. The young woman on the phone explained the service and told me what days/times were available for an appointment. I scheduled an appointment right then on the phone. I was able to get an appointment for the very next day, on Friday, January 17th. Upon arriving, I was greeted by the front desk receptionist. My car was then taken in to be repaired. I waited in the small waiting room while my car was being worked on. I waited for about 2 hours until my car was ready. I was able to work on my laptop while I waited because they have wifi. They also did a recalibration (just over $200) which is readjusting the car safety system and sensors in the front of the car where the camera is. They used a software to do this and per my receipt, the process takes under 10 mins. After my windshield was replaced (about $300), I was told to leave the adhesive (sticker) on for 24 hours. This allows the adhesive to properly bond or stick with the glass. I was also told not to wash my car for 5 days afterwards to prevent harm to the glass. This may mean that they used a less durable glass but perhaps that is standard procedure. Service was efficient and friendly. It's early February 2025 now and my car windshield still looks great. This time, I decided to have 35% tints done on the side windows and hatchback rear window. I contacted Zafer through their website after hours on Saturday 3/7/26. He quickly responded with an available appointment for the following Wednesday 3/11/26. I dropped the car off at 9AM and it was ready for pickup the same day at 3PM. He even included a can of ammonia free tint-safe window cleaner, a microfiber cloth, and all the 3M warranty information. I would highly recommend Tint Pros to anyone interested in getting their windows tinted. The price is more than some of the fly-by-night tinting businesses, but the service quality is unmatched.

However he took 2 days, making the job late, and then mounted it in the frame without consulting me. The frame all had to be taken back apart to mount on the medicine cabinet it was supposed to go on and the rubber removed so that it fit, The cut was very rough in places and barely fit. I still paid over what was originally quoted, which was fine because my measurements were off slightly and I even gave the person 5 dollars more than the 20 dollar order that they asked for, for the inconvenience of my contacting them frequently, asking when the job would be done. He never once said thank you or have a nice day, or anything. He would only take cash so I had to run to the atm, then only gave me an hour window to drive across town and get the glass, which made me late for a different job. The only benefit was they were cheap and now I can see why. Also didnt wear a mask at all.
