This time, I decided to have 35% tints done on the side windows and hatchback rear window. I contacted Zafer through their website after hours on Saturday 3/7/26. He quickly responded with an available appointment for the following Wednesday 3/11/26. I dropped the car off at 9AM and it was ready for pickup the same day at 3PM. He even included a can of ammonia free tint-safe window cleaner, a microfiber cloth, and all the 3M warranty information. Five stars does not do Tint Pros justice. Called around to a bunch of places, but ultimately decided to take my new Nissan Altima SL to Frank and Zaf to get it tinted within legal limits because of other online reviews. My expectations were fulfilled and far surpassed. Not only is it clear that Frank and Zaf have the technical knowledge, but the attention they put into making your car tinting look perfect and ensuring that the customer is satisfied is refreshing. You can tell they genuinely care just as much about the product as you do, which makes the whole transaction easy...especially on a large monetary investment like a new car! Frank spent the time to listen to my questions, answered them completely, and showed me examples of the various shades when I arrived. Zaf is definitely a master technician when it comes to tinting...he followed through by delivering a perfect tint application (I carefully studied the car after...looking for imperfections to point out, but I honestly couldn't find anything). Yes, Tint Pros was not the cheapest quote I got (as others have pointed out), but it was only ~$50 more...and after getting my car tinted by them, I felt like it was worth the extra money...they use quality film (i.e. 3M), they care about customer service, they have a clean building and nice lobby to wait in, they know how to tint correctly (no mistakes), and most importantly, they stand by and cover their products/work (not the case at many other tint establishments). Just got my '17 Toyota Tacoma windows done. Got 20% on the back side windows and 35% on the front side and a 20% strip up front. I went with the 3M Color Stable option. For ~$50 more it made sense. The customer service is outstanding. Zafer and his crew are very friendly. Initially we had a miscommunication on what I wanted and instead of just adjusting the price to the full amount, which he would have been in the right to do, he knocked off half the price on the additional tinting. To me that's above and beyond what needed to be done, especially since it was a miscommunication on my end. Either way, cool move. They even accidentally forgot to put a small plastic piece back in place. Zafer couldn't have been more apologetic. It's something that took MAYBE 3 seconds to put back in place but it was nice that he was concerned about it. He obviously takes pride in his work, which is nice to see. To sum it up- Customer service is A+. Quality is A+. There are cheaper places locally but I promise there's not a better place. I'd rather have it done right the first time. You never think that it'll happen to you. Well it did happen to us.. My husband and I had delivered our brand new Hellcat on in a trailer to preserve the superb detail job that was done on it, just to receive a nightmare of situation back after being charged $3,500. What would make Zapher think that it's ok to slices the clear wrap against the body of the car is beyond me! We got our car back with cuts tracing out EVERY single piece of the clear wrap. The cuts are so deep that you can see the primer. He wasn't present at the pick up time, had someone else there to quickly rush us out. When we called him to confront him about the damages, he didn't respond until we said we're going to take legal action if he doesn't call back. His call back was just to say: "sorry man, I feel bad. And I have no insurance for instances like this" So, here we are, paying payments on a car that has 200 miles, which we can't drive because it's in the shop getting the damages repaired worth of $15k By far, ABSOLUTELY WORST BUSINESS I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED!
