Also, AGN should afford the customer the courtesy to take or leave said damaged items which cause the repair to become a replacement. In this ordeal I called minutes later to inform them I was coming back to get my old windshield but I was placed on hold by the receptionist whom never returned to the phone. Nevertheless, when returning less than 24 hours later I was told they threw my old windshield away in dumpster but when looking in dumpster to retrieve or verify their actions the windshield was not in the dumpster. No explanation as to where my old windshield was. Being my old windshield wasn't severely damaged, it's possible it was suitable for a deposit AGN doesn't cares to talk about. Only reason I put a star is because this will not post without at least one. Other that I would not give AGN one star.

I visited C-Auto Glass, formerly Cuyahoga Auto Glass, in January 2025 to fix the front windshield…read morewindow in my car. A friend noticed a long crack on it one day which surprised me so I needed to get it fixed. I called C Auto Glass a day before to inquire about their windshield repair services. The young woman on the phone explained the service and told me what days/times were available for an appointment. I scheduled an appointment right then on the phone. I was able to get an appointment for the very next day, on Friday, January 17th. Upon arriving, I was greeted by the front desk receptionist. My car was then taken in to be repaired. I waited in the small waiting room while my car was being worked on. I waited for about 2 hours until my car was ready. I was able to work on my laptop while I waited because they have wifi. They also did a recalibration (just over $200) which is readjusting the car safety system and sensors in the front of the car where the camera is. They used a software to do this and per my receipt, the process takes under 10 mins. After my windshield was replaced (about $300), I was told to leave the adhesive (sticker) on for 24 hours. This allows the adhesive to properly bond or stick with the glass. I was also told not to wash my car for 5 days afterwards to prevent harm to the glass. This may mean that they used a less durable glass but perhaps that is standard procedure. Service was efficient and friendly. It's early February 2025 now and my car windshield still looks great. I can see myself returning to this local auto shop if I need future glass repairs. **** GOAL of 365 reviews in 2025 - 32/365 total reviews in 2025 - 813 total Yelp reviews - Reviewed on 5 February 2025

I have not heard from them at all after emailing their address. Please, please choose Safelite or another reputable group. I would not recommend Caliber Auto Glass for my repair experience. I needed a front windshield replacement and chose them, but unfortunately had issues shortly after. About 8 hours after the installation, a crack appeared from the bottom right side of the windshield on the passenger side. I took photos immediately because, based on the location and timing, it seemed to me like it could be related to the installation. When I returned, a technician inspected the windshield and told me the crack was caused by an impact that was not visible to the naked eye but identified using their tool. I asked for photos of this and was told they would be provided, but I did not receive any. I followed up with the warranty line and was told an area manager would contact me, but I did not hear back. Based on my experience with the timing of the crack, the inspection explanation, and the lack of follow-up, I was not satisfied with how this situation was handled. Others may have different experiences, but I would personally choose a different provider in the future, such as Safelite, based on my expectations for communication and service.
