Great service..timely and friendly.understanding had to change appointment. 3 times in one day.

AGN should give the customer the courtesy to see the cause of a $200.00 repair being dismissed for a $645.16 windshield replacement. Also, AGN should afford the customer the courtesy to take or leave said damaged items which cause the repair to become a replacement. In this ordeal I called minutes later to inform them I was coming back to get my old windshield but I was placed on hold by the receptionist whom never returned to the phone. Nevertheless, when returning less than 24 hours later I was told they threw my old windshield away in dumpster but when looking in dumpster to retrieve or verify their actions the windshield was not in the dumpster. No explanation as to where my old windshield was. Being my old windshield wasn't severely damaged, it's possible it was suitable for a deposit AGN doesn't cares to talk about. Only reason I put a star is because this will not post without at least one. Other that I would not give AGN one star. read more

No work completed But I made an appointment with Jim and Auto glass to have my repairs done, we settled on 3:30, the morning of my appointment i reached out to notify them they could come as early as 2pm and he said great, 3:30 came and i called Jim wondering where they were and he informed me they will be to my location at 5 now, telling me that's how the business works. I do not recommend working w this company, as they seem to think appointments times are not something to stick by....shows exactly how they do business overall. Look elsewhere, read more

The receptionist was very polite & , informative. It was so easy going through my insurance. Took 3 hours just like the said. Very nice & neat on the inside. 10/10 read more

Friendly staff, but incompetent. I spoke on the phone with their staff on July 11, 2025 (the call lasted 18 minutes) and I asked a lot of questions before finally scheduling an appointment for 2PM on July 14th. On the call I discussed in detail OEM glass versus after-market glass as well as their ability to perform the manufacturer required calibration after installation (many modern cars have cameras behind the windshield that support features like lane departure avoidance, etc.). They informed me that they have the equipment and software to perform the required calibration on after-market glass and that I would be informed before the appointment if there were any issues getting the needed parts/supplies. I arrived for my appointment on time (2:00 PM), and I informed them that I would wait in their waiting room while the repair was completed. At 2:50PM they informed me that they were waiting for a software update that they needed to complete the installation and that I may have to return another day for them to complete the calibration if they didn't get the software update soon. I shared that I didn't mind waiting since it was a 30 minute drive each way and I would prefer to wait rather than make multiple trips. I continued reading my book. At 3:25 PM they said that they were still waiting for the software update and if they did not get that update in the next 5 minutes that I would need to return another day since they needed 1.5 hours to complete the repair and that they close at 5PM. I replied: "you need 1.5 hours to perform the calibration?" They replied: "no, 1.5 hours for everything." I was puzzled: "So you haven't installed the new windshield yet?" They replied: "no." I replied: "I'll take my car back and go" and I left. This company clearly is mismanaged in that they scheduled an appointment with a customer without having the tools needed and are clearly incompetent in that they left a customer waiting for almost an hour before realizing that they didn't have the needed tools. It has now been 3 days since my appointment and they have not contacted me, so either they still are waiting for the software update, or they simply don't care about their customers. Either way I would suggest that you choose another company for your auto-glass needs (unless you are into wasting half your day + gas and mileage on your car). read more

Service was excellent, I took my 32 year old Nissan Hardbody in to have back glass replaced . The mounding was a bit hard to find . They went out of their way to find it ,and the installation went great . . Jacob was my tech, and that guy deserves a raise he went above and beyond, informing me that my current rubber mounding wouldn't fit do to the fact ,there's no sliding window available in Cleveland area . I had to get a stationary window.. Great place for your auto needs. read more

Unfortunately, I could not give them a review for work done because they did not work on my auto glass. But their customer service is awful. On Friday, I completed the online form and after seeing my quote, decided to call them directly instead of making an appointment online. I did this after reading about other people's problems with their scheduling system. I felt that if I spoke with a person then there would not be any confusion of who I was, what I needed and what time they could help me and at what price. I asked if they could do it same day and the person I spoke with said NO. OK, I asked when the next available time was. He said tomorrow. I said OK what time. 10 am? Yes, I'll take it. I reconfirmed all my information with him. He got my car's year wrong so I corrected him. I made sure he had my name and phone number. The next morning... I arrived on time for the person at the counter to tell me I did NOT have an appointment. The employee tried to be helpful and did check if the glass I needed was in stock. I suppose if it was, he would have tried to fit me in - so that was nice of him. But, he told me they did not EVEN have the glass - a bit condescending - as if I must've been the one who made the mistake. My recommendation is that you save yourself the frustration and find your auto glass elsewhere. read more

I really should have read the reviews first but they were recommended by my insurance company. All I had was a small chip in the upper corner of my windshield. Claims made contact with them. They set up the appointment and told me to come on over (I live across the street). When I got there there were no cars in any of the bays. I asked if I should pull in or park. The guy mumbled something and walked away so I parked. I went into the reception to get things started snd they acted like they didn't want my business. I told them that my insurance set up the appointment. She said "Are you sure you have the right place?" She didn't ask my name, didn't get any information from me. How could she check that I didn't have an appointment? They really didn't want my business so I left. read more

Terrible service. Beyond poor customer service. I feel that I was extorted. Total bait and switch. Agreed upon one price over the phone. Came in to find out that I am supposed to pay over $80 more. Apparently, they are charging merchant surcharge for use of credit card. This was not disclosed prior to them completing the job. And I dont know of any business nowdays that does it. I have informed the employee that I am not approving this surcharge amount. He said: "if you don't sign it, I will keep your car here overnight." When I have asked to speak to a manager, I was told he is gone for the day. When I have asked employee to call his manager, he said he will not, in a rude and cocky manner!!! This is absolutely ridiculous! I had to sign this in order to get my car. Then, I sit down in my car and I see black stains all over my tan leather seats! I have called to the store next morning and talked to a manager. He said that he cant do anything about extra charge, and that it comes from corporate, nothing ge can do about, according to him. And regarding dirty seats: I need to come back and they can wash it for me, if I want. I have called to corporate office and was told that they dont have a customer service department or anyone else who has a position of customer service representative. I have asked to speak to a district manager and was transferred back to this store. I have called back to corporate office and someone took my information and said I will get a call back. It has been almost a week, and this situation still was not resolved. Can someone tell these people that 90's are over!? This company does not deserve to be in business!!! read more

Auto Glass Now - Dirty seats - Windshield Installation & Repair Near Me - Parma, Ohio

See all

On April 13 2021, I went into Auto Glass Now LLC at the Parma location for my scheduled 11am appointment. This appointment was to replace the windshield on my 2018 Ford Escape. I purchased this vehicle in July 2020. Upon completion of the service, Jake started to back out my vehicle from bay 3. As I stood outside watching him back out, I noticed a long scratch on the back bumper that started from the drivers side so  I yelled out "Hey"  in shock as to what I was seeing. As he continued to back out my eyes swept towards the front to look at Jake but instead landed at the corner panel of the front drivers side bumper where there was a very prominent, fresh and long scratch as if it was keyed. The paint from this was still coiling up and hanging from the bumper. At this point I yelled, "What the Hell!!" My voice and shock is what stopped everyone in there tracks. Jake got out of my vehicle, only to state that he did not scratch my vehicle, therefore he left me standing there never to return or explaining anything to me. Another guy, I am assuming came up and immediately stated that the scratch did not happen in their shop, to which I clearly showed him that it was a very fresh scratch and still coiling. A heated exchange occurred and he said I could watch video. I said yes but as I sat and waited no one ever came back and the guy who offered for me to watch a video simply returned to another customer and began fixing his vintage truck and talking with that customer instead of dealing with me. I left, practically in tears, went up the street parked and called back stating that I will return the following morning(April 14 2021) to review the footage. So I continued on and after getting off the highway, I took additional pics of my vehicle. The scratch that had the coil hanging is now gone, hence, further proving that my vehicle was damaged at the glass shop. Had my vehicle had this scratch coming into the shop, there would not have been coil, fresh coil hanging. Second day I went to view footage, but not before going to several body shops, including Ford (who does not do body anymore) to get estimates of the damage to my vehicle. Upon entering the store, I was received with hostility but the very person, Jake, who worked and damaged my vehicle(this is not alleged). Mind, you that the day before he ran for the hills never to approach me again until the next day. He even got to the point where on of his superiors had to remove him from the office. He kept walking towards me not even 5 feet from my face and WITH NO MASK ON! I hope that was caught on  their video because in my preparing to defend, I stood to gain distance and ready to fight! After several confrontations and heated disputes, all while reviewing the footage, one can see that there is no visible scratch before Jake serviced my car. And I can clearly see my vehicle UNSCRATCHED as Jake is pulling it into the bay. Also I recorded the footage from my iPhone. They refused to provide me with it or email it to me. On the video that I recorded you can hear conversations between me and a supervisor and General Manager (didn't get names, but I do know faces and voices) But there is one name I wont forget and that is Shannon, the self proclaimed Vice President. During all the heated exchanges and my grievance, again she is one that did not come to see or hear what was the issue, but she did come into the office after I said several curse words to the General Manager in his defense! She she yelled, raised her voice and threaten the police and also put me out. Mind you, I have video of the entire exchange! Now I have video and pictures that substantiate my claim. I never stated that the damage was intentional, but surely it happened during the servicing of my vehicle. *** I must also state that it was told to me after the fact that all managers and store employees were made aware of the damage but no one informed me. In my video you clearly hear the General Manager state this and I asked why wasn't I made aware because if you are disputing the fact that a fresh scratch that was visible and of no fault of your employee then why not make the customer aware: " Hey Ms, did you know you had a scratch on your car?"  On the inspection sheet, it shows that it was marked, the scratch on the front bumper as well as chips around the windshield. But if you did a thorough inspection, the scratch on the rear bumper was clearly visible but not notated on the inspection sheet. Also, note that I signed before payment and right after payment... at no time did I realize or was told that an inspection was made to car. No did I see one being made in the footage or with my own eyes as I was back and forth from the lobby to parking area(work area) and I also have short  video where I was looking through a window into the work area. So NO! There was no inspection that one can visible see via video footage or directly! read more

Auto Glass Now - NEW PASSENGER WINDOW LOOKS BEAUTIFUL WORKS GREAT TO THANK YOU - Windshield Installation & Repair Near Me - Parma, Ohio

We were in from out of state and some %@#$ broke into our car busting out our driver's side window. I called Auto Glass Now and they got us in in an hour and were 1/2 as much as Safelite. Also Safelite couldn't get to us for another day. The staff were all pleasent and the car was cleaned and like new. Recommended. read more

I got a rock in my windshield and it cracked. I called around and Auto Glass Now was the cheapest place around. Their service is also incredible. I was in and out and the pricing was great. The employees are kind. I'm going back to get my sideview mirror done because apparently, my car is a magnet for minor mishaps. read more

Called in the morning, they said they could do it that day. Dropped 2016 Pilot off, came back at the end of the day and it was done. Looked great, staff was great, zero issues. If I could give zero rating I would, terrible customer service. Made an appointment and Matt at store #49 - who refused to give his entire name- he set up an appointment without the glass in stock - never had it - I had to come back again-when he finally did get the glass his inept installer cracked it on installation. He said he would make it good - but never did. After a week of his lies and me going to the shop twice for a replacement (guess again- he did not have it as promised) I asked for a refund. Do not go to this place - this is a different staff from 2019! read more

Had a appointment, and they told me that it would take approximately two hours, and it was way over that, and not to mention-I was late for work. Then, I picked up my car, and rushed to work. After my shift, I noticed crystal pieces all over my dash, and I get out of my car, and noticed that I had gaps in the corners because they never put the rubber seal to meet with the glass. In other words, it wasn't sealed. Called the next morning of course, and sent the manager a picture, and told him that I would bring the car back. He looked at it, and made a statement that they cut the glass too short, and he discovers that the rubber was stuck under the hood. Totally unacceptable to say the least. I will never, ever recommend this company to anyone. Not to mention, they should've checked all this upon me picking up the car. Then, he stated that by pulling the rubber up it was fixed, but I can still see a little gap on the one side. Not happy to say the least! read more

I would give this a negative rating if I could. Do not trust this place and their staff! Replaced windshield for it to leak re-serviced and continued to leak followed by a full replacement. Adhesive residue on my headliner, broken plastics molding, did not tighten wiper arm. Sloppy all around and horrible staff! They don't know what they are doing. read more

Do not go here. Went to have my windshield replaced, customer service was great.. until I had to go back because water was leaking into my car. After waiting for an hour they told me that it wasn't my windshield that it was the weather stripping on my door. Paid someone else to look at it and the windshield wasn't sealed properly at the top. WASTE OF MONEY! They provide a warranty then don't honor it because they don't want to fix their own mistake. read more

The customer service was great from the first call for an estimate. I was scheduled for a windshield replacement first thing the next morning and it was done, as promised, in an hour. They followed up with a phone call and check out was less than 5 minutes from payment to leaving the lot with instructions! They were also the cheapest in the area. I highly recommend! read more

I had my rear window replaced by Auto Glass now back in November. They didn't install it correctly and it leaked like crazy the first rain. I called them and they had me bring it back. They added some caulk around the window. I got it home and it was still leaking. I added some more caulk and got leak to stop. Took it back and the tried telling me it was my third brake light. I took it to a mother glass company and a dealership. Both told me the glass was not installed properly. Now I've got water stains on roof longer and seats. They are refusing to replace. I get one BS line after another. Don't use them read more

Ugh. Where do I begin? With the call that the windshield supplier didn't deliver it the day it was supposed to be replaced? Or how about them going back and forth on prices after a quote was already given to me a week ago? Maybe when they literally, had to leave the store to go buy a part for my vehicle that needed to go along with the windshield? No, I'll begin by saying that they need to do some serious cleaning up of the inside of their store. It is absolutely filthy. It needs a good sweep, vacuum, and mopping. I cant believe business is conducted out of there. The woman behind the desk, Shannon? Maybe? The entire time of my experience there, she was on the phone complaining/talking about other employees. The guy, Ryan, was helpful. However, he looked more than burnt out from the working environment. Out of all of the chaos, I have to say, I did get my windshield replaced for half the cost of Safelite. Would I return? Perhaps on a day that I didn't work and had the time to laugh and at the chaos behind the desk. read more

This was the cheapest one not only in my area but outside of my area they replace my windshield for the lowest price and everyone was really friendly and it didn't even take an hour to do the estimated an hour but it took less than that to get my windshield replaced I would recommend this place to any and everyone who needs windshields or any other windows in the cars done read more

I washed my cracked windshield last week, and decided it was time to get it replaced. Auto Glass Now in Parma did the repair. The next day I noticed my headliner was coming down from the roof. I went back and the owner looked at it and told me they were not al fault, and that the adhesive must have dried out and they would not do anything for me. The headliner was fine when I cleaned my glass last week. read more

If you could give negative stars, they deserve it. This place is extremely unprofessional and has no idea how to run a business. I called for a quote for a windshield and scheduled an appointment for a replacement. Someone called me the day before to confirm the day and time. I arrived to be told "we don't schedule timed appointments, only the day. It's first come, first serve and there are 9 people ahead of you. Each car takes 1.5 hours" unless you have a day to spare waiting at a shop, don't waste your time or effort with this place. Extremely disappointed they wasted my time. read more

I drove across town to them because they had the best price. I now know why. The pilkington windshield they installed was wavy and distorted across the entire surface. And the rear view mirror was not reinstalled correctly (not a big deal- they fixed the mirror). They told me to come back to get the windshield taken care of a week later. After driving an hour, I was told they'd "have to check with the manufacturer if there is a recall" and was promised a call back either way. They refused to replace the defective windshield unless there was a manufacturer recall. I never got my call back. Now I have to replace a "new" windshield because they won't stand by their product. Disappointed. read more

Great customer service and cheapest price around. Even after we found out our model vehicle was different and would be more expensive, Mike gave it to us at his cost. Still cheaper than other places such as SafeLight! I will come here every time for glass problems. read more

This place came in $50 cheaper than the three other places I called and now I know why. I had an appointment on 6/22/2018 for 2:15p for which I arrived right on time. I got checked in and gave the guy at the front desk my keys. Then I waited....and waited...and waited. Finally around 3:45p I asked the gentleman at the desk if he knew when they were going to start my car and he looked into the shop and told me next. No explanation, no estimate of what time, just next. They finally started fixing my windshield at 4:10p for my 2:15p appointment. It took 50 mins to complete, which would've been great had it been started when my appointment was scheduled. A gentleman from the shop, Christian I believe his name was, apologized for the wait which I appreciated but the guy at the front desk that is supposed to provide customer service said nothing. To me...this and the fact that it took 2hrs from the stated time of the appointment to start my car is unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

Horrible experience!! I wish i read the reviews on this place before scheduling appointment. Do not come here spend the extra $40-50 dollars elsewhere. I had a 1:40 appointment and they said it would one hour. After one hour i asked how much longer because i need to go back to work. The guy said oh it's gonna be another 45-60 minutes. We didn't have the right glass so needed to send a technician to go get more. I said ok well i need to leave to go back to work? He didn't seem to care and said well it's not my fault we didn't have the right glass it's going to be atleast another hour. AWFUL customer service and i wasted so much time out of my day sitting in their dumpy waiting space. Dirty and place smells like an ash tray. I advise not to waste your time at this place. read more

Took care of my broken window same day at a price way less than competitors. I will definitely recommend to friends and family.

This place sucks!! I saw on the website, "ASK ABOUT SPECIALS". There were three employees behind the desk that looked completely clueless. They stated " Oh, We just use this as a marketing tool". What BS!! Actually while I'm sitting here, the crappy woman receptionist offered a caller "The mysterious special" that I was looking for. I actually saw several times the guy receptionist hung up on several callers. Nice way to run a business. Very shady. Hopefully windshield looks better then their crappy customer service. The facility is filthy. Pay a little extra and go to A 1 Auto Glass down the road from this business. They will come to your location and are always great with customer service. read more

Would never recommend this company!! Had a cracked windshield, called for a quote it was a decent price. When they came out it was the wrong glass. The tech said they would come back out Monday. No one showed on Monday, I finally called. Talked to the manager he was extremely rude!! Said that they called me Friday, I had no messages on my phone.
