Friendly staff, but incompetent. I spoke on the phone with their staff on July 11, 2025 (the call lasted 18 minutes) and I asked a lot of questions before finally scheduling an appointment for 2PM on July 14th. On the call I discussed in detail OEM glass versus after-market glass as well as their ability to perform the manufacturer required calibration after installation (many modern cars have cameras behind the windshield that support features like lane departure avoidance, etc.). They informed me that they have the equipment and software to perform the required calibration on after-market glass and that I would be informed before the appointment if there were any issues getting the needed parts/supplies. I arrived for my appointment on time (2:00 PM), and I informed them that I would wait in their waiting room while the repair was completed. At 2:50PM they informed me that they were waiting for a software update that they needed to complete the installation and that I may have to return another day for them to complete the calibration if they didn't get the software update soon. I shared that I didn't mind waiting since it was a 30 minute drive each way and I would prefer to wait rather than make multiple trips. I continued reading my book. At 3:25 PM they said that they were still waiting for the software update and if they did not get that update in the next 5 minutes that I would need to return another day since they needed 1.5 hours to complete the repair and that they close at 5PM. I replied: "you need 1.5 hours to perform the calibration?" They replied: "no, 1.5 hours for everything." I was puzzled: "So you haven't installed the new windshield yet?" They replied: "no." I replied: "I'll take my car back and go" and I left. This company clearly is mismanaged in that they scheduled an appointment with a customer without having the tools needed and are clearly incompetent in that they left a customer waiting for almost an hour before realizing that they didn't have the needed tools. It has now been 3 days since my appointment and they have not contacted me, so either they still are waiting for the software update, or they simply don't care about their customers. Either way I would suggest that you choose another company for your auto-glass needs (unless you are into wasting half your day + gas and mileage on your car). read more

Service was excellent, I took my 32 year old Nissan Hardbody in to have back glass replaced . The mounding was a bit hard to find . They went out of their way to find it ,and the installation went great . . Jacob was my tech, and that guy deserves a raise he went above and beyond, informing me that my current rubber mounding wouldn't fit do to the fact ,there's no sliding window available in Cleveland area . Unfortunately, I could not give them a review for work done because they did not work on my auto glass. But their customer service is awful. On Friday, I completed the online form and after seeing my quote, decided to call them directly instead of making an appointment online. I did this after reading about other people's problems with their scheduling system. I felt that if I spoke with a person then there would not be any confusion of who I was, what I needed and what time they could help me and at what price. I asked if they could do it same day and the person I spoke with said NO. OK, I asked when the next available time was. He said tomorrow. I said OK what time. 10 am? Yes, I'll take it. I reconfirmed all my information with him. He got my car's year wrong so I corrected him. I made sure he had my name and phone number. The next morning... I arrived on time for the person at the counter to tell me I did NOT have an appointment. The employee tried to be helpful and did check if the glass I needed was in stock. I suppose if it was, he would have tried to fit me in - so that was nice of him. But, he told me they did not EVEN have the glass - a bit condescending - as if I must've been the one who made the mistake. I really should have read the reviews first but they were recommended by my insurance company. All I had was a small chip in the upper corner of my windshield. Claims made contact with them. They set up the appointment and told me to come on over (I live across the street). When I got there there were no cars in any of the bays. I asked if I should pull in or park. The guy mumbled something and walked away so I parked. I went into the reception to get things started snd they acted like they didn't want my business. Terrible service. Beyond poor customer service. I feel that I was extorted. Total bait and switch. Agreed upon one price over the phone. Came in to find out that I am supposed to pay over $80 more. Apparently, they are charging merchant surcharge for use of credit card. This was not disclosed prior to them completing the job. And I dont know of any business nowdays that does it. I have informed the employee that I am not approving this surcharge amount. He said: "if you don't sign it, I will keep your car here overnight." When I have asked to speak to a manager, I was told he is gone for the day. When I have asked employee to call his manager, he said he will not, in a rude and cocky manner!!! This is absolutely ridiculous! I had to sign this in order to get my car. Then, I sit down in my car and I see black stains all over my tan leather seats! And regarding dirty seats: I need to come back and they can wash it for me, if I want. I have called to corporate office and was told that they dont have a customer service department or anyone else who has a position of customer service representative. On April 13 2021, I went into Auto Glass Now LLC at the Parma location for my scheduled 11am appointment. This appointment was to replace the windshield on my 2018 Ford Escape. I purchased this vehicle in July 2020. Upon completion of the service, Jake started to back out my vehicle from bay 3. As I stood outside watching him back out, I noticed a long scratch on the back bumper that started from the drivers side so  I yelled out "Hey"  in shock as to what I was seeing. As he continued to back out my eyes swept towards the front to look at Jake but instead landed at the corner panel of the front drivers side bumper where there was a very prominent, fresh and long scratch as if it was keyed. The paint from this was still coiling up and hanging from the bumper. At this point I yelled, "What the Hell!!" My voice and shock is what stopped everyone in there tracks. Jake got out of my vehicle, only to state that he did not scratch my vehicle, therefore he left me standing there never to return or explaining anything to me. Another guy, I am assuming came up and immediately stated that the scratch did not happen in their shop, to which I clearly showed him that it was a very fresh scratch and still coiling. A heated exchange occurred and he said I could watch video. I said yes but as I sat and waited no one ever came back and the guy who offered for me to watch a video simply returned to another customer and began fixing his vintage truck and talking with that customer instead of dealing with me. I left, practically in tears, went up the street parked and called back stating that I will return the following morning(April 14 2021) to review the footage. So I continued on and after getting off the highway, I took additional pics of my vehicle. The scratch that had the coil hanging is now gone, hence, further proving that my vehicle was damaged at the glass shop. Had my vehicle had this scratch coming into the shop, there would not have been coil, fresh coil hanging. Second day I went to view footage, but not before going to several body shops, including Ford (who does not do body anymore) to get estimates of the damage to my vehicle. Upon entering the store, I was received with hostility but the very person, Jake, who worked and damaged my vehicle(this is not alleged). Mind, you that the day before he ran for the hills never to approach me again until the next day. He even got to the point where on of his superiors had to remove him from the office. He kept walking towards me not even 5 feet from my face and WITH NO MASK ON! I hope that was caught on  their video because in my preparing to defend, I stood to gain distance and ready to fight! After several confrontations and heated disputes, all while reviewing the footage, one can see that there is no visible scratch before Jake serviced my car. And I can clearly see my vehicle UNSCRATCHED as Jake is pulling it into the bay. Also I recorded the footage from my iPhone. They refused to provide me with it or email it to me. On the video that I recorded you can hear conversations between me and a supervisor and General Manager (didn't get names, but I do know faces and voices) But there is one name I wont forget and that is Shannon, the self proclaimed Vice President. During all the heated exchanges and my grievance, again she is one that did not come to see or hear what was the issue, but she did come into the office after I said several curse words to the General Manager in his defense! She she yelled, raised her voice and threaten the police and also put me out. Mind you, I have video of the entire exchange! Now I have video and pictures that substantiate my claim. I never stated that the damage was intentional, but surely it happened during the servicing of my vehicle. *** I must also state that it was told to me after the fact that all managers and store employees were made aware of the damage but no one informed me. In my video you clearly hear the General Manager state this and I asked why wasn't I made aware because if you are disputing the fact that a fresh scratch that was visible and of no fault of your employee then why not make the customer aware: " Hey Ms, did you know you had a scratch on your car?"  On the inspection sheet, it shows that it was marked, the scratch on the front bumper as well as chips around the windshield. But if you did a thorough inspection, the scratch on the rear bumper was clearly visible but not notated on the inspection sheet. Also, note that I signed before payment and right after payment... at no time did I realize or was told that an inspection was made to car. No did I see one being made in the footage or with my own eyes as I was back and forth from the lobby to parking area(work area) and I also have short  video where I was looking through a window into the work area. So NO! There was no inspection that one can visible see via video footage or directly! read more

Had a appointment, and they told me that it would take approximately two hours, and it was way over that, and not to mention-I was late for work. Then, I picked up my car, and rushed to work. After my shift, I noticed crystal pieces all over my dash, and I get out of my car, and noticed that I had gaps in the corners because they never put the rubber seal to meet with the glass. In other words, it wasn't sealed. Called the next morning of course, and sent the manager a picture, and told him that I would bring the car back. He looked at it, and made a statement that they cut the glass too short, and he discovers that the rubber was stuck under the hood. Totally unacceptable to say the least. I will never, ever recommend this company to anyone. Not to mention, they should've checked all this upon me picking up the car. Do not go here. Went to have my windshield replaced, customer service was great.. until I had to go back because water was leaking into my car. After waiting for an hour they told me that it wasn't my windshield that it was the weather stripping on my door. Paid someone else to look at it and the windshield wasn't sealed properly at the top. I had my rear window replaced by Auto Glass now back in November. They didn't install it correctly and it leaked like crazy the first rain. I called them and they had me bring it back. They added some caulk around the window. I got it home and it was still leaking. I added some more caulk and got leak to stop. Took it back and the tried telling me it was my third brake light. Ugh. Where do I begin? With the call that the windshield supplier didn't deliver it the day it was supposed to be replaced? Or how about them going back and forth on prices after a quote was already given to me a week ago? I went back and the owner looked at it and told me they were not al fault, and that the adhesive must have dried out and they would not do anything for me. I drove across town to them because they had the best price. I now know why. The pilkington windshield they installed was wavy and distorted across the entire surface. And the rear view mirror was not reinstalled correctly (not a big deal- they fixed the mirror). They told me to come back to get the windshield taken care of a week later. After driving an hour, I was told they'd "have to check with the manufacturer if there is a recall" and was promised a call back either way. They refused to replace the defective windshield unless there was a manufacturer recall. I never got my call back. Now I have to replace a "new" windshield because they won't stand by their product. I had a 1:40 appointment and they said it would one hour. After one hour i asked how much longer because i need to go back to work. The guy said oh it's gonna be another 45-60 minutes. Independence, MO (40hwy) location. Got a quote and made my appt yesterday and the guy told me it would take an hour to an hour and a half to replace my windshield. My appt was 10am. I arrived at 0945. Guy didn't start placing my windshield until noon and then realized the glass they had was for a Honda Accord, my car is a Honda Civic. Russell at the front desk showed me my invoice which said Honda Accord. When I checked my car in with him, he just said to sign for the quote and make sure my phone number was correct, so he could call and let me know when my car was done even though I said I was just going to wait, but I may take a walk. BTW, I know the model of my car and would never had said an Accord. So, the guy that quoted me yesterday needs either better listening or typing skills. Russell then told me it would be just 20 minutes to get the correct winshield. It's been over an hour. So, I've been here for 4 hours with still no winshield.
