So, when I purchased a new 2026 Honda Civic Hybrid Hatchback in Boost Blue color, I knew I needed to get the windows tinted. My first thought was to have it done at Tint Pros. This time, I decided to have 35% tints done on the side windows and hatchback rear window. I contacted Zafer through their website after hours on Saturday 3/7/26. He quickly responded with an available appointment for the following Wednesday 3/11/26. I dropped the car off at 9AM and it was ready for pickup the same day at 3PM. He even included a can of ammonia free tint-safe window cleaner, a microfiber cloth, and all the 3M warranty information. I would highly recommend Tint Pros to anyone interested in getting their windows tinted. The price is more than some of the fly-by-night tinting businesses, but the service quality is unmatched.

I contacted Terry on a Saturday evening. He showed up at my home bright and early the next work day, troubleshoot my problem to a faulty power window switch, and even helped me locate one online for about a fifth of dealer cost. All that, and when I asked what I owed him he just said it was nice meeting me and went on his way. He's a great guy, and deserves your business.

literally..do not use this service..use safelite. they sent torry over to replace my window and i…read moreliterally seen him pull in my drive way then drove off. i had my front door open and my garage door open as well. i work from home and once i saw him, i grabbed my shoes and he was gone. i literally called him back and asked for his location because i thought he was parking on the street however, he drove off. given off scam vibes. then he said i ordered the wrong window and someone should have called me. i stated to him that why didnt you just come to my door and alert me. he lied and said he was outside for 10 minutes and no one came. i said most people announce they are here by ringing a doorbell. he then got an attitude and said most normal people come outside when you know someone is on the way. he also hung up on me. i canceled my order and place it with safe light. this was the worse experience i ever had for a first time customer..do not ever use them. go to safelite. i promise. i work in healthcare. i know a lot about service and this was very upsetting. this was really bad. they did refund my order. hopefully, thats what they said..
