Over the past three months, Nathan's has done extensive paint protection and window treatments on both of my new Tesla's (a Model 3 and a Model Y). Before finding Nathan's, I called just about every Cleveland area shop (including one's located downtown) with a simple request: full PPF, window tinting, and ceramic coating. None of these shops actually answered my calls, and few even bothered returning my calls. Additionally their websites were lacking to say the least. For the few that actually returned my calls, they sounded unprofessional leaving me with zero confidence in servicing my vehicles. Nathan's? Well I sent an email request through their website, and within a couple of hours late on a Friday afternoon, I received a very professional call where all of my questions were addressed and we booked the first of my two appointments. The first of the appointment (on my Model 3) went so well, that on the second vehicle (a Model Y), we added a black matte finish to the full PPF. Both vehicles came out looking stunning! Throughout the process the team provided updates, shared photos, and addressed the one slight issue after the second job, in which they had me return and fixed within an hour. I cannot stress enough that this is the most professional yet friendly auto servicing business in the Cleveland area especially for auto owners who wish to protect the exterior look of their vehicle (or even switch up the color), tint their windows, or have regular auto detailing. Nathan's is particularly great when it comes to servicing Tesla's (which unfortunately have subpar paint jobs at best). I would encourage anyone thinking of using Nathan's to give them a call and arrange to see them at work. Their garage is an impressive operation and every team member is knowledgable and enthusiastic about their work, and eager to answer your questions. Wow!!! My car looks absolutely amazing! Nothing like starting off a fresh spring with an even fresher car! My car was atrocious after the winter. Salt, muddy foot prints, and a horrific espresso stain on my drivers seat (stupid espresso spilling potholes!). After Nathan's auto detailing came by it looks as good (if not better) then when it was brand new! YES! Even the espresso stain is gone!!!!! The man cleaning my car (I'm so terribly sorry that I didn't catch his name), showed up right on time and after greating my dog got straight to work. He did an amazing job and was very friendly (dog approved). The customer service was phenomenal as they leave you feeling cared for. And they are so convenient as they bring everything to you, even the water!!! I honestly don't want to get into my car it looks so nice. The customer service at this place is great. I completed the online contact form and within minutes, Lauren, the customer service manager contacted me. I was on the schedule withing a few days. The tech arrived on time and was friendly, however, it wasn't the best detailing job. He missed a more than a few spots of spilled protein shake on my mats. I know that sounds silly, but the last detailing job I had, these came right out. Does my car look better, yes, but was it worth $160 plus tip? I'd say no. It is convenient and the people are nice, but it is pricey for the quality. read more

I made an appointment for Tuesday, 6/29. I received a confirmation for 7/29. Once that was corrected, I was told the detailer would be at the site between 8 - 9:00. I was the first appointment of the day. At 9:20, no one was there, so I called and was told to just leave my keys in an unlocked car until the showed up. I was uncomfortable doing that, so I cancelled. I then received a text saying they were sorry and would give me a $50.00 gift certificate and that the guy had called in sick at 8:30. If I had left my keys in my car they would have been out there all day in an unlocked car! I received the gift card via email, with an expiration date of the very same day! Seriously, so disappointed and I never even received the service I had requested! read more
