Had my car detailed by Darrell last week. Super nice guy, did an unbelievable job detailing my car. He got our years of dust, dirt, and general mess in areas I've been unable to reach myself. It truly felt like getting into a new car. Years of dog hair finally out, getting in between the seat and center console, he did it all He arrived on time and got right to work. It was definitely worth having them come to me since it took a few hours and I was able to keep working in my home office. read more

This is our 4th time using Nathan's, and we will never use another company! They are always on time, friendly, and do an amazing job. Price is very fair, we typically do the premium interior detail. read more

It had been over a year since I've had the interior of my vehicle cleaned, with a cross country move and many long road trips in between. Jamir did an amazing job on the exterior and interior, I didn't even recognize the inside of my car! It's just like new again. I really appreciate the time that went in and the attention to detail. I'd recommend Nathan's and Jamir to anyone! Thank you, thank you! read more

they went above and beyond and did an excellent job cleaning my vehicle. excellent customer service and great work!

Just an FYI, If you paid for a ceramic coating, that is a fake product. Its actual cost is about ten dollars including labor and material. the rest went into Nathan's coffers while he laughs his way to the bank. read more

I have been working with them for four years, each year I do the ceramic coating touchup. They do great work at a reasonable price. I love that they come on-site so that I don't have to arrange for travel. read more

My daughter had a day one day and destroyed the back of my car. Crumbs and, well, other things all over the place. Nathan's dude got it all out and it looks pretty much now it did straight from the dealer. Five stars every time I've used them. read more

I received an auto detailing as a birthday gift and was so impressed by the level of professionalism and hard work that Nathan's provided. The technician showed up promptly at 8am. He was here for 6.5 hours for one vehicle. It looks as good as new. I can't believe what a great job he did. Additionally, he was very polite and personable. I would highly recommend this company and will certainly use them again in the future. read more

Jacob was super. Wasn't going to trade my car in. But am going in the morning . Looks like it just came out of the showroom

John did a great job on our Tesla Model 3. It looks like new. The convenience of them coming to us can't be beat. This is the 6th year we have used this service and we have always been pleased read more

Over the past three months, Nathan's has done extensive paint protection and window treatments on both of my new Tesla's (a Model 3 and a Model Y). Before finding Nathan's, I called just about every Cleveland area shop (including one's located downtown) with a simple request: full PPF, window tinting, and ceramic coating. None of these shops actually answered my calls, and few even bothered returning my calls. Additionally their websites were lacking to say the least. For the few that actually returned my calls, they sounded unprofessional leaving me with zero confidence in servicing my vehicles. Nathan's? Well I sent an email request through their website, and within a couple of hours late on a Friday afternoon, I received a very professional call where all of my questions were addressed and we booked the first of my two appointments. The first of the appointment (on my Model 3) went so well, that on the second vehicle (a Model Y), we added a black matte finish to the full PPF. Both vehicles came out looking stunning! Throughout the process the team provided updates, shared photos, and addressed the one slight issue after the second job, in which they had me return and fixed within an hour. I cannot stress enough that this is the most professional yet friendly auto servicing business in the Cleveland area especially for auto owners who wish to protect the exterior look of their vehicle (or even switch up the color), tint their windows, or have regular auto detailing. Nathan's is particularly great when it comes to servicing Tesla's (which unfortunately have subpar paint jobs at best). I would encourage anyone thinking of using Nathan's to give them a call and arrange to see them at work. Their garage is an impressive operation and every team member is knowledgable and enthusiastic about their work, and eager to answer your questions. Thank you Nathan's for taking my Tesla's for protecting my Tesla's paint job while making them even more gorgeous! read more

If you're looking to ceramic coat your car, Nathan's detailing is the place to go. The quality and amazing service that they offer makes your car look brand new as well as make you the customer feel important. From their quick over the phone quote, to the "Don't worry, we can pick you up from your home when you car is done," Nathan's detailing is the best company you could ever go to. Words cannot describe how happy I am with the results. Richard is a one of a kind artist and his work really shows. Thank you Nate and Richard! read more

Wow!!! My car looks absolutely amazing! Nothing like starting off a fresh spring with an even fresher car! My car was atrocious after the winter. Salt, muddy foot prints, and a horrific espresso stain on my drivers seat (stupid espresso spilling potholes!). After Nathan's auto detailing came by it looks as good (if not better) then when it was brand new! YES! Even the espresso stain is gone!!!!! The man cleaning my car (I'm so terribly sorry that I didn't catch his name), showed up right on time and after greating my dog got straight to work. He did an amazing job and was very friendly (dog approved). The customer service was phenomenal as they leave you feeling cared for. And they are so convenient as they bring everything to you, even the water!!! I honestly don't want to get into my car it looks so nice. Maybe I'll put plastic down until after the pothole are filled! I would HIGHLY recommend this company! They put a huge smile on my face! read more

Great company that stands by their work. I have a 1979 Vette which needed paint correction and full detailing. I elected to go with the Platinum and they nailed it. The tech worked wonders getting the car up to my expectations. I highly recommend them work on your classic car. Thank you Nathan's read more

The customer service at this place is great. I completed the online contact form and within minutes, Lauren, the customer service manager contacted me. I was on the schedule withing a few days. The tech arrived on time and was friendly, however, it wasn't the best detailing job. He missed a more than a few spots of spilled protein shake on my mats. I know that sounds silly, but the last detailing job I had, these came right out. Does my car look better, yes, but was it worth $160 plus tip? I'd say no. It is convenient and the people are nice, but it is pricey for the quality. read more

Called by recommendation - this is why I trust others experiences and reviews! A full five star quality cleaning. I called on Wednesday and had an apt on Thursday. The interior is spiritless! My car looks like new without the over powering fake smell. It's truly clean. This was important because I work with horses, but my wife is allergic - unfortunate, I know. So a real clean was do important. Thanks crew, you fully met my expectations. It's perfect! read more

Nathans did a wonderful job on my Corvette.I decided to go with the platinum plan and got the interior done also Matt and his new trainee do a great job I wouldn't hesitate at all to have Nathan's to my car once again and I'm looking forward to putting ceramic on it next year read more

I made an appointment for Tuesday, 6/29. I received a confirmation for 7/29. Once that was corrected, I was told the detailer would be at the site between 8 - 9:00. I was the first appointment of the day. At 9:20, no one was there, so I called and was told to just leave my keys in an unlocked car until the showed up. I was uncomfortable doing that, so I cancelled. I then received a text saying they were sorry and would give me a $50.00 gift certificate and that the guy had called in sick at 8:30. If I had left my keys in my car they would have been out there all day in an unlocked car! I received the gift card via email, with an expiration date of the very same day! Seriously, so disappointed and I never even received the service I had requested! read more
